  Mr ********************** is not trustworthy. I called them out for a routine snaking of our sewer line in early December 2023. The tech hit a root that the snake "could not clear" (or so he claimed). He sent his supervisor out to camera the line, and supervisor tried to convince me we had to replace that section of our sewer line (for $6800). I did not buy it. Although I had paid $295 for camera inspection (in addition to the snaking fee), it took 3 phone calls over 2 weeks (and me voicing my frustration in the last call) to get a copy of the video. When I finally had the video, I showed it to another plumber, who assured me that I had indeed been scammed. He recommended another, locally owned rooter service (Doc's Drain Cleaning). ***'s cleared the line all the way to the city sewer with little difficulty and sent me a video of his inspection the very same day. I should note that ***'s also discovered while doing his own camera inspection that Mr ********************** hadn't even touched the section of pipe running from the outdoor cleanout back to the house (I saw it, too, as he had me watch the inspection). That part of the line was full of roots!!! So he sent the snake in there and cleared the line all the way to the cast iron at the house (and videod the results while I watched).I have since heard from others that it is not uncommon for Mr ********************** to try this scam.

  This is a high dollar Company. They are more interested in charging for services in addition to what they were orginally contacted for. They installed cleanouts for my sewer system in my yard. THEY BROKE MY RETAINING WALL AND USE DIFFERENT COLORED CINDER BLOCK TO REPAIR IT1 The wall looks terrible and they left the job without telling me they were done. All i wanted was for them to snake out my sewer line. They told me I neeeded sewer clean outs installed in front yard. I should have listened to my gut and just paid for the sewer snake job which cleared my line. The tech a nice young man was more interested in selling me more work than what was absoluely necessary. I called their office and was told the manager would call back to addresss my concern of the shoddy job they left my wall in. HE NEVER CALLED BACK! I can see wht they are not accredited by the BBB.

  They charged me the $95 rooter charge THREE TIMES though they cleared only one line. They refunded one of the $95 charges but not the second overcharge. I have contacted them 6 times and have been told that someone would call me. No one does.

  If I could, I would have given zero stars. Tried to pressure me into getting an external access laid for 7k.. called a different company who instantly knew what plumbing company was at my house and fixed the issue for $170. Coming to find out that this is their scheme. Sending someone junior to the house, that person finds another issue that he cant fix so h*** call his supervisor who then proceeds to tell you that you need work done in the thousands.. never again!
