Would give them a zero if possible. It's been over a year since our hail damage. Underestimated the job. Were very unresponsive. After a while, refused to answer my calls or call back. Their office is a post office box in a *** store. Did the work they make the most money and did not do the rest of the damage. Said they couldn't paint due to the temperature. Had several 70 degree days, everyone else is painting but they don't call or respond. I checked on vinyl siding and they were out 2 -3 months and the cost is triple what SVR estimated Would never recommend or do business with them.................

************************, our work was conducted through a third party named Accuserve on behalf of your insurance carrier. We had no influence over the pricing, coverage, or access to your policy, as these were determined by your carrier. Although nearly a year has passed since our contract began, we have completed all tasks except for the painting and siding. We intended to finish these as well, but they were excluded. The weather this spring, with its many cold nights and moist days, caused delays and impacted our ability to deliver a quality, warrantied job. I understand your concerns regarding the timing; however, due to the volume of storm damage last year, which was triple the hail since 1960, many circumstances were beyond our control. 1 starActual work on the roof was fine. Took over a year for them to complete about 4 days of work. Still didn't complete the painting and gutter work within the project by the year ***** Very difficult to get in touch with anyone to address concerns or communicate about the project; would go months without hearing anything or getting a response to multiple texts, emails, and phone calls.Review fromAl C

Gave us the run around for 9 months. Told us he was able to fix all damages interior and exterior. Originally told us a month and a half to do the roof and would get to the other damages after. Ended up taking 6 months to come to do the roof and then snuck in a clause in the contract to only do the roof to get him out of all other liabilities on the exterior and interior damages after he got his money for the roof work. Very unorganized company. Dont do business with this guy. ********************* just gives the run around and then bails out on what he claims he can get done.Summit View Roofing

**************** our contract was for the roof only, if you need a copy, I will gladly provide it. The time it took to start your job was out of our control: your insurance had the wrong policy type and were not paying the depreciation and by the time we received the purchase order from your insurance, class 4 impact resistant shingles were back ordered nationwide. Those shingles were upgraded at no cost to you with an additional value of $2500. We worked to supplement your claim for all damages so you would have the resources to repair the damage. 1 starContracted with this company in Sept ****. Safeco paid them $1200.00 and I paid $1000. Have not heard from them since Will be contacting police.
