Car was towed, looked on website said under ***** pounds was around $120. When we called the employee who my mom talked to was not helpful or cooperating at all. He told us it would be over $400 to get it back and asked if we could pay half now. Which then he replied nope. Which is a lie because in the state law it says you can. To which he replied thats the law but I make the rules if thats the case then they shouldnt false advertise on their website and scam people. This place is awful and if you have to deal with them Im sorry.

-On 9/7/22 at 5:36 AM my company vehicle was towed from my apartment complex where I am authorized to park with a *permit. Permit was not displayed in the window at the time the vehicle was towed but vehicle was authorized to be on the property---permit was in vehicle but not properly displayed. -Towing company did not have written authorization from the property owner at the time the vehicle was towed---authorization and towing times are exactly the same (see invoice). Bugs towing is operating on a "blank authorization" from property owner in violation of CRS **** ************** ***** No request came from the property owner to remove my vehicle.-Authorized agent of property/owner listed on the invoice provided by the towing company is NOT the property owner or an authorized agent. The contact and person listed as the authorized agent seem to be an employee of the towing company itself---the contact for the towing company and the person who authorized the Tow are the same contact----clearly violating CRS **** (B) which states "Towing carrier NOT an agent". -Written authorization from property owner to towing company has NOT been provided to vehicle owner after it was released on 9/7/22 at 12:48 PM---(invoice is the only information provided, does not include written authorization from property owner as specified in CRS **** (C)(II).) -Towing company charged $211.11 to release vehicle---no information regarding vehicle weight provided on invoice---no explanation as to why charges exceed $138.00 as specified in CRS **** (A).-Charged 1 full day storage fee of $40.56 for a vehicle that was on towing company property for less than 7 hours. -Vehicle owner or property owner was NOT notified within one hour of vehicle being towed nor was any record of attempt provided or discussed. I was notified when I called the towing company at approximately 6:48 AM to ask them if they towed my vehicle. This is a clear violation of CRS **** as the vehicle was towed at 5:36 AM.
