    On June 26, 2025, I requested SWFT Towing to transport my 2019 Buick Lacrosse (Preferred model) from my residence in *************** to an auto shop at ********************************************, after the serpentine belt ruptured.The driver arrived promptly and was courteous. He had a dog in the truck and did not provide his name. My neighbor ****** was also present and witnessed the entire interaction. Due to another neighbor's parked car, the driver was unable to back directly up to mine and instead angled the tow bed and turned the steering wheel to load it. Before doing so, he took "before" photos and had me sign a document on his ******** he pulled the car onto the tow bed, the front passenger fenderbeing low to the groundscraped against the pavement, causing significant visible damage. Both ****** and I witnessed this, and I pointed it out immediately. The driver acknowledged the damage and apologized. I told him I would call the company to report the incident.Shortly after the tow, I called **** and spoke with *******, who said shed speak to her boss and follow up. I never received a callback, so I called again the next day after picking up my vehicle. I was told that I before and after photos showed no damage and that nothing would be done. Photos would not be released to me and the owner of the establishment would not speak to me directly. I sent an email formally requesting information and was denied. I have attached copies of both my email and the response from Mr. ***** as well as photos of the damage. I have not asked for a discount or a refund. I would like the damage to be repaired and for the company to be held accountable for the damage they have caused. I have also been refused copies of the documents that I have signed and the companies insurance information.

    there is no possible way For a fender from a vehicle gets scratched during a tow of a flatbed rollback tow truck we do have pictures which is priory of Swift Towing

    In no time did the driver do any damage to the vehicle whatsoever? We have pictures of before and after with no damage on neither one so please get your story straight. I know everybody hates tow companies into you need one we go through this in a daily basis were not new at Towing. Weve been to for 45 years.
