  My husband's car was towed from a handicapped parking space at his place of work. ***** ***** "claimed" that my husband's handicapped placard was not visible. That placard was present when my husband parked his car at 4 am this morning. Mr. ***** claimed to have a "contract" with ******, where my husband works, making him "not required to leave notice on the vehicle that it will be towed in 24 hours." We checked with Amazon security and he was NOT given approval to have the vehicle towed without 24 hours notice to the vehicle owner, something that goes against the *************************** Bill of Rights that is clearly and concisely outlined on their website.***** ***** is an unethical, unscrupulous businessman. He refused to release our vehicle after we PAID the fees, which were ridiculously inflated based on market rates. He did NOT and continues to NOT follow the laws set forth by the *************************** of displaying maximum towing fees on the walls of his business in plain sight. He stated that he would not release our vehicle to us unless my husband signed a document that indemnified SWFT Towing from liability for damage to our vehicle during the towing process. My husband said he would be more than happy to sign the document as soon as he had the opportunity to inspect his vehicle and could determine for himself that no damage was done. Mr. ***** flat out refused to allow us to look at our vehicle unless we signed the document first. Mr. ***** was aggressive, condescending, and outright rude in his remarks. When my husband had had enough of this treatment, he finally said it wasn't worth it and he'd just sign the document. Mr. ***** then stated that he was going to charge us an "after hours" fees before he would release our vehicle. We did not have enough cash on us to cover this additional charge, so he said, and I quote, "Not my problem."

  There was no handicap Poker on the car whatsoever. If you dont remember, let me remind you. You came to my office with it. That means that it was not in the vehicle stop. Your lies.

  *****, as was mentioned in your office, we were issued TWO handicapped placards from the **** one is in my car and one WAS in my husband's car. YOU are the liar! I may not have proof, but I have zero doubt that you told your unscrupulous employee to take the other placard out of my husband's car so you could fraudulently profit off of unsuspecting victims by illegally towing their vehicles. There are plenty of other reviews I have read about your business doing the exact same thing to other people that you have done to us. You are a despicable human being who does deserve to be in business.And what exactly were you trying to say in your first comment? It's complete gibberish.
