    2 tree trimmers came to my house and started trimming trees without talking to me. No one from Sav a tree tried to contact me. They did sub standard work prior to me arriving home. The agreed upon time was 11am and they finished shortly before 11. They trimmed trees that I did not want trimmed and when I told them, they were rude. Then they refused to haul away the branches and would not move their truck from my driveway, blocking me in. I did not feel safe. They left and left the branches and shoddy work behind. They accused me of complaining to get free work out of them.

    On June 15, 2022, My wife *********************** contacted SavATree to see if they could upright two Juniper trees that was leaning, due to a previous winter storm. Their rep. *************************** came over to the house and informed my wife they could indeed upright the Junipers, which made my wife very happy. She also asked if they could trim some bushes and the rest of the Junipers. She agreed to the estimate of $1144.00 for ******************** and a $49.00 fuel surcharge. After several days SavATree workers came and trimmed some of the bushes but not the Junipers. They informed my wife that they were not prepared to do the rest and would have to come back. My wife emailed ***************************** about her displeasure. They returned on 8/15/22 while we were in *********. ********************** emailed my wife stating, they couldn't install the ******** System and would adjust the price accordingly." I received a new estimate which only deducted $100.00. From ********* I called ********************** and inquired what went wrong and why only $100.00 was taken off. it should have been more because we were talking about two Junipers and the cost of Labor and Materials that were not used or performed. We couldn't come to an understanding, so he gave me his Branch managers name (*******************) and phone number. I contacted ************** who stated that the $100.00 deduction was the cost of materials that were not used. I asked him that number was too low and what about the labor costs for not working on the installment of the ******** systems. He told me he wouldn't return any labor fees and explained to me their mobilization billing process for charging labor, which is absurd. I paid the remaining balance and feel that the ***************************** being the supervisor and an experienced Arborist should have known from the beginning they couldn't do it, which was the sole reason my wife agreed to the job. I feel SavAtree was only interested in collecting Labor charges and not serious about the job.

    We originally reduced our price of the services that we took care of for the ***** family after we couldn't install our Duckbill System on their Junipers.   

    I have now reduced the ***** price by 25% more since we didn't install the Duckbill System.  We did complete the work that was asked but the one service that couldn't be completed.   

    The crews that worked on this project spent more time to complete this work than the job was bid at.  We didn't go back and ask for that price to be increased when that happened we kept the price the same.
