    Savatree removed a large pine on my neighbors and Id property line last ******* the process they destroyed part of my yard and killed a nice crab apple tree that I had. I spoke w a mgr who had said that if it died they would make reparations. I called them this spring when I noticed it had died and he acted like it was too old and died from that,These people are shady and unprofessional and likely edit their reviews on line to present themselves as a decent company.

    ****************** believes that we have killed her tree and the fact is that this tree is a City of **************** tree in the greenspace between the sidewalk and the road which is city property not hers. The tree isn't dead and we have asked City Forestry to look at the tree to determine the next steps they would possibly take towards the tree. As far as her yard nothing has ever been mentioned about that and she knew when the work was being completed that we would be going thru her yard for the work to be completed. I explained to ****************** that the tree was a city tree and would contact City Forestry on how they would like to handle their tree. *********************************************************** Right of way (R.O.W): The city-owned area of land designated for streets, sidewalks, and public use. It includes the parkway between sidewalks and curbs. Where sidewalks are attached to curbs, the ****** extends a distance into the property. The exact distance varies from street to street.
