  I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealership. ******* was nothing but kind and helpful and the whole staff worked so hard to ensure we got what we needed and at the best price possible. They all went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful for them!

  I am highly disappointed in the services and ethical/moral obligations of this company. I purchased a jeep and two days later I was informed that there was an issue with the axles, that they were leaking. Leaking to the point that there was a huge puddle under the rear passenger side.I called to set up an appointment. I was anxious to hear the recommendations and was informed that there was a great deal of mud under the jeep and it appears that the damage was due to "mudding" and that I was irresponsible. I asked if they would send in for assessment for the warranty and was told that they would never approve it as it "appears it was damaged by you." I have never EV** been mudding or even know how to do so. The manager refused to have an inspector look at the issues stating, "I would get dinged for sending this to an inspector as it is clearly neglect from your part." Devastated and worried that my jeep wasn't safe, I scheduled for the repairs. This jeep is what I have always wanted. After I picked up my jeep (over ******* in repairs), it was noted that the drive shaft screws had worked their way out to the point that it was ready to fall out. Why would you NOT see this issue and fix it when you were fixing my axle's? I am devastated that the ethics and morals of this company. What if I was a man? What if I was a woman that knew more about vehicles? I can tell you that I am in the medical field, therefore I do have common sense. You can come into the ** and I can put you back together from point A to point Z; but you are telling me that I'm not smart enough to at least, take my jeep through a car wash.....BEFORE I TAKE IT IN FOR REPAIRS?!?!?!I am extremely disappointed in the reactions, interactions, outcomes and lack of moral/ethical stimulation of this company.

  This place sold my son ******************************* a piece of junk, he purchased a car a little over a month ago. He was told that he had a warranty it has been a little over a month and my son's car needs $5000 worth of work because his radiator hose melted. How do you get so much damage from a radiator hose, and why did the radiator hose melt in the first place? My guess is it was leaking or faulty when they sold the car to my son. Now that he has tried to have them fix it under his "warranty" he has been told that the warranty will not be enforced because according to them he caused the damage. How could he have caused the damage by doing what he bought the car for driving it? I hope this is not a case of racial discrimination?

  the 4k for your trade is a scam. it is false advertising. they wont take ANYTHING! the customer service ***** too. this place needs to be investigated for false advertising all all the adverts should be stopped.
