I received an email offer from the online sales department regarding a couple of different packages that you could purchase even if you never got a car through them.On June 30th 2022 I purchased the Complete Tint Package for $249. In July I had set up an appointment , but my mom passed away so I canceled. Almost 2 weeks ago an accident occurred and I no longer have the car that I had when purchasing this complete package. So, over the last two weeks almost daily I reach out and get the same thing over and over. They ask for my number it then pulls up my information and I get we will have someone from service call you right away. After phone call, chat message on their website still nothing. So I am very displeased that for one no one will contact me back. And I have voice-mail and none of them are from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. I also after losing the car asked for a refund because I am not able to use this service at all. I purchased with my debt card, so as we all know it does not take weeks for a click of a few buttons to be able to refund the $249. I feel that they think " she will forget " . Guess what nope I am even more upset. I am asking that you tell them , they have the worst customer service and I will never buy a car or tell anyone about there company since this is how I am treated. And I will not put the " i am a woman" card either, they need to get there business in check and respect and always remember when being taught our customer service " the customer is always right " So I hope you are able to have them get me my money within 24 hours I don't care if I have to go and pick up a check I want my funds back. And i feel that I in the future should get a complete 5 window Tint package with the extras included, and I for dealing with this complete and utter BS for weeks now, given to me at no cost. So all 5 windows 120 point inspection, alignment check & brake inspection. Look forward to this being resolved ***************************

This complaint is due to willful and fraudulent misrepresentation resulting in negligence by Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers (RMAB). RMAB represents their inspection process on their website at: https://www.rockymountainautobrokers.com/vehicle-inspection-process.htm. On 2/12/22 purchased a 2012 **** Fiesta from RMAB. Deferring to their website, there was no reason to believe that the vehicle would be anything other good mechanical condition. When asked specifically about the mechanical condition of the vehicle our salesman stated that if there was a problem with the car, it would have been sent back to auction. 1) Within 24 hours of purchase, we realized that the back window had an improperly installed film severely limiting visibility. ******** law (C.R.S. 42-4-201) states, No vehicle shall be operated upon any highway unless the drivers vision through any required glass equipment is normal and unobstructed. It is reasonable to believe that a licensed car dealership would be aware of this law .The sale of the car with the back windshield in this condition is a willfully negligent act by RMAB. 2) Within 48 hours. The car began to stall. After 2 weeks, the check engine light came on with codes for throttle issues. I found the air filter was filthy and had not been changed recently. Based on the condition of the filter, there is no way that a complete service was done. The failure of RMAB to change the air filter created a safety issue that caused the car to stall is a negligent misrepresentation by RMAB. 3) within 25 days of purchase when the check engine light came on, the car wouldn't shift, and the transmission failed on Academy during rush hour, a safety issue .The car was taken to ***************** ****, and it was determined that the transmission control module had failed, and there is no signal coming from the throttle body. To date the car is undrivable. RMAB's willful and negligent misrepresentations caused safety issue and the loss of use.Desired Outcome/Settle

************** purchased the vehicle in February 2022. He was completely satisfied with the vehicle. He brought the vehicle into the service facility in May 2022 with a door handle issue in which we repaired for him at no cost. We haven't had any complaints from him regarding mechanical issues. I reached out to him yesterday and he hasn't returned my phone call. Typically, if a customer is having mechanical issues, he would reach out to us. In this case we haven't heard from him at all other than the door handle issue. I would more than willing to arrange a meeting with him and discuss the matter.
