    I bought two cars from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and have ad issues every since. I took my car in for some warranty repairs and they ended up wrecking my car, did a half job and now saying that issues we are having from a door noise shouldnt be because of the accident. Ive been trying to get them to call me for weeks now and still no call. This company shouldnt be allowed to sell any vehicles to the public. They should be shut down. No customer service skills whatsoever.

    They priced used 2022 Tesla model 3 long range aggressively but didnt disclose big cosmetic issue with the steering wheel. The photos they posted online were not close and clear enough to see the issue beforehand. When I went to buy the car, there was a steering wheel cover on it - Im sure someone put it on to hide the hideous steering wheel damage! Upon asking sales person if there are any issues or damages I need to be aware of, I was told there are no damages or issues. I was unaware of the damage all this while and spent more than 5-hrs negotiating and finalizing the ********* day after purchasing the car when my son removed the steering wheel cover we uncovered the damage. We called them reporting the issue immediately, but no one returned our calls. Week later I found out that the sales manager we struck deal with was no longer working there. I was able to connect with another sales manager, *****, who was nice to talk to. I sent him email with photos and all the details. He was nice enough to call me back in the evening but wasnt ready to share repair cost with me. Be careful dealing with the sales people there and make sure you plan a full day or even longer to check every ********** before you buy car from them. They broke my trust for sure!

    Do not recommend a used vehicle. We purchased a 2013 **** A4 with low mileage. Everything went well with the test drive. The salesman showed us the carfax where the car had been serviced very frequently and well. The car seemed to be great and very well taken care of. However two days after owning it the alternator went out while driving down union. They did fix it at no charge. They did their complimentary multi point inspection. The only thing they did was change the brakes and change the oil. My brakes squeaked for over a month, my husband had to put a quart of oil in two separate times. Within one month of owning it. Then my brake pad light came on. We finally decided to take it to **** they did an inspection with videos. There was an oil leak, the engine mounts are very worn and leaking, the bearings are very warn, and some other small minor things. I dont believe they do a thorough inspection of their used vehicles. If they had they would have found all these issues and told us. We would have figured out what it would cost to fix and go from there and I would have a completely different perspective on it. I know purchasing a used vehicle you take the risk of mechanical issues but I believe a dealership should be more professional and transparent. Especially if they offer a multi point inspection and leave you under the impression that they fixed any issues and everything else is good!!

    Your service shop has had my 08 ***** avalanche since June 19th. It is now august 6th. We brought it in because transmission won't shift past 3rd gear.the warranty covers everything 3 weeks later they tell us it's the engine .. I call warranty company the last time they spoke with you was 16thof July and is waiting for 2nd inspection .*********************** has sent us on a wild goose chase can't return calls even lieing about the warranty company. Finally on August 4th they say it's ready we gladly pay 1200 to pick it up just to leave it there because original issue didn't get resolved I'm asking for the refund due to still no truck and inconvenience of this all we have paid two payments on it just to sit there . I'm hoping this will get resolved.- ****** and ***********************

    Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I negotiated a deal on a 2020 ******** **** GLB that had about 29K miles. *** salesperson told me up front that the only mechanical problem that he knew of was that the previous owner had planned on replacing the brakes and rotors (despite low mileage). *** brake rotors were ***** (not a huge concern living in **), but had a significant amount of uneven wear, so clearly the brake pads were on their way out. After test driving the car, I could feel that the brakes were on their way out and the salesperson agreed. I negotiated to have the brakes and rotors replaced by their service department, agreed on an OTD price, and signed a piece of paper indicating the deal. A few hours later, my significant other put down a $500 deposit to keep the car until the following day when we had time to go finish the paperwork and take ownership of the car. *** next day, they told me that their service department said the brakes and rotors were fine and didn't need to be replaced and would not honor our prior agreement. Above that, they refused to refund my deposit when I told them that I'd walk because they were lying and not honoring our agreement and were just trying to steal money from me. After a long drawn out and vocal argument, we walked, and they ultimately refunded my deposit (albeit begrudgingly) the next day, but honestly I think only did so to avoid legal action.Fundamentally this dealership is full of liars and borderline thieves. ***y'll say that they'll do things to make a deal, but once they have your "nonrefundable" deposit, they magically will go against anything they promised. This dealership has some of the worst business practices I have ever experienced and should be shut down.

    DONT BUY HERE!!When I purchased 2019 Jeep, the salesman and financing person assured me that the vehicle would be ready for delivery in three days, the soonest I would be able to pick it up. When I returned to Rocky Mountian Auto Brokers thee days later and after driving 100 miles from home, the vehicle was not ready. It was not detailed and was dirty. The vehicle still did not have a spare tire or ***** When I noticed the fuel gage on E and the low fuel light on, asked about getting some fuel and the salesman told me that the manager already left and had the only fuel card. I thought that I would run out of fuel before reaching the nearest gas station. I was told by the salesman to bring the vehicle back when I had time and the would take care of everything, fuel and detail it.Luving so far away, I wasn't able to get back for three months. They did do a quick wash but that was it, they refused to get me fuel as promise I NEVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM A DEALER THAT DID NOT FILL THE *** TAKE.I ALSO GOT ADDED NECESSARY EXTRA COVERAGE THE I DID NOT SEE AT THE **** AN EXTRA 10 GRAND ON THE FIANCING .You by here be prepared!

    I made the mistake in trusting these reviews about this dealership, and also trusting the pledge made by *********, the salesman that the car that I bought would be " conditioned and will go through a complete safety inspection and detailed" prior to me picking the car up. ********* went with me on the test drive, and pointed out to me that this car was not finished going through the aforementioned inspections, and that the service department was aware of the mechanical issues, (brakes and steering issues), and these all will be fixed by the time I bought the car. This dealership had over 2 weeks to correct all issues and to detail the inside and outside of the car. They did none of these things, the service department also lied about an oil change that not only was not done, but the car was a quart short to add insult to injury. In closing, this dealership is more thorough about having a buyer sign on the dotted line about not being responsible for anything about the car that they are selling, than they are about selling a car that is saftey inspected and cleaned. I called and requested a call back from the manager to address these issues and as I anticipated, he or she has yet to respond. I don't know who these sunny reviewing fans are on these reviews, but I am here to tell all of those who will listen, stay clear away from these snake oil salesmen, and stick with an established reputable dealership with verified reviewers!!

    Sold me a jeep with a broken passenger seat belt. Noticed 3 days after purchase when my husband sat in it. Immediately brought it back for them to inspect it and they said it had to be replaced. Its been almost 2 years and its still broken. I was calling every month for an update and they always told me it was on back order. After one year, i followed up and come to find out they never payed for it and couldnt even find my info that they placed the order. Then, we started the **************** again just for them to never call me back or return my phone calls. This company truly does not care about you once they get your money. How you can possibly sell someone a car with a broken seat belt and not be able to have someone sit in your front seat for 2 years is absurd. Not only that, the fact that i had clear documentation of this and a hand written letter 3 days after purchasing the vehicle just for them to always conveniently not be able to find my issue documented after months of back and forth shows the level of care they have once they received your money. *** told everyone I know never to shop there and will continue until the day I die tell people my story so no one ever spends a dime with this company again. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

    Have bought 2 cars from here now and both times a few weeks after I have found or had a issue with each vehicle I purchased. After a call to the service department they are quick to help and resolve the issue. Always willing to go the extra mile to make your purchase just what you want. ********* and the rest of the staff are always friendly and willing to take their time to listen to you and fix whatever they can. I will never buy another car from any another dealership!
