  Excellent dealership with extremely clean used vehicles. Super happy with my purchase as well as the follow up from everyone involved after the sale.   C.C;Buyer Beware!!!!! I purchased a used vehicle Dec 14and the dealership was suppose to have to topped off the fluids and made sure the oil level was full.This was not done. They drained out all of the oil and forgot to replace it which caused the engine to lock.I didnt even have the vehicle for a week before the vehicle broke down.They refused to pay for a new engine and refused to take any type of responsibility for their careless and incompetent services. So please if you treasure your money and time Do Not purchase a vehicle from this dealership.I really dont want anyone else to experience this nightmare that Im living everyday. and by the way I reported it to their finance company(Westerra) and nothing was done. Therefore I have to continue to pay for a vehicle that no longer runs and is parked in my driveway if my home. This dealership does not have the customer best interest they just want to sell their vehicles whether they will run a week.. a month a year a day. Word of mouth is powerful it can make you or break you. Please spread the word if you are reading this and please stay away from this dealership!!!!!!

  They tried to leverage a code read-out, saying it could be a major engine problem (even though they knew it was a cheap and easy fix). Offering $500 for a trade-in. Luckily I brought my code reader and caught them lying.They then lied on the loan application about my occupation, without my approval. Im an Uber driver, and apparently the credit unions and banks that they partner with will not approve a loan for you if this is your job. They put on the application that I worked for Uber in the customer service center, in order to get it approved (without asking me). When I sat down with the financier, she told me this as if she was doing me a favor, and assured me that is a normal thing they do there.She also snuck in an extended warranty, even after I firmly stated that I didnt want one, telling her exactly what I wanted my monthly payment to be for the exact number of months I wanted to pay it off. She disregarded what I told her, and snuck one in anyways. Also, extending the loan length so it wouldnt reflect a big difference on my monthly payment. My lack of focus lead me to signing without thoroughly inspecting what I was signing. She was also chatting me up the whole time, building rapport, all the while setting me up to get taken advantage of, just so she can make an extra buck.I went back the next day, leveraging the fact that they lied about my occupation on the loan. The only way I would continue with buying the car was if I financed it through my own ************* and she take off the extended warranty that she snuck in.I had my ****** co-sign the loan, just to make sure it would be approved. The financier then made fun of me for my ****** co-signing the loan saying something along the lines of, Still need Daddys help huh? Dont you think its time to grow up? On top of that, she was shaming me for making her work more, for making her call her GM about the issue, and making it seem like I had been the bad guy in the situation.Go elsewhere.
