    This complaint is against the trash company, Infinite Disposal. This is the third time this month that the company has not picked up my trash. I requested a full month's refund and they only provided a fraction of that. I am NOT receiving the service I am paying for and am now wasting my time dealing with them. I want a full month's refund from this terrible company. For anyone reading this, do NOT sign-up for service with this company!

    On March 4th 2024 I called Infinite Disposal ,and asked that my garbage service be stopped A.S.A.P the same day, they said you have to give a week notice , so my last pick up was 3/12/2024 ,I asked for my remaining balance of $28.96 to be refunded, they agreed and said that they would mail a check out, Which they never did, I called again a month later and said where's my refund for $28.96 you didn't send it to me, They said oh we don't mail checks anymore, they asked for my bank account # and they said that refund would be taken care of right away, a month later no refund was made to my bank ,we called on 5/17/2024 asked for our refund, and they said oh yes we do owe you money well have to get back to you, when? I asked when well you call us back we were told not sure, I want my refund we have waited almost 3 months, just give us our money

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have processed the refund, and it will show up in the account by tomorrow. The request for the refund was made immediately after the customer requested it, but the bookkeeper failed to process the request. We apologize for any inconvenience.
