    This company is all about itself with little to no care for their customers. Had a missed trash pickup and asked for an out of schedule pickup to cover for the missed pickup. Pleaded my case but they wouldn't listen. Ended up canceling my account with them over this issue. They were willing to lose my business for evermore vs granting me the benefit of a doubt and providing a one-time out of cycle pickup. Terrible business decision on their part! I highly recommend taking your **************** locale trash business elsewhere.

    Hello,****************** called our office the afternoon of 5/16/23 claiming his trash was missed. We explained to him that our driver went by earlier that morning at 8:42am and his trash was not out for ** to service. We have a time stamped photo from the driver showing no toter in sight that was also emailed over to ******************. If needed we can provide the photo to you as well. We did offer to take extra trash the following week at no charge, but he refused the service and said if we do not send a driver back then cancel his service. The next day on 5/17/23 ****************** emailed into our office expressing his concerns about this situation. We emailed back offering to pull a driver off of route for a fee of $50 which our normal rate would be $75. He still refused and said to pull our bin asap and to cancel.

    What they failed to state in their response was the fact that the picture provided by their driver did not include the area of my driveway where my trash can was in fact located at the time of their 16 May 2023 8:42am arrival at my house. Their picture proved absolutely nothing and did not support their position. When pointing this out to them, they didnt seem to care. ***************************
