      We would like One Clear Choice to install the correct spring for our garage door. Their own technician told us it was the wrong spring for the door weight when they installed it in May of 2023. When we contacted them, the owner who has never been to our home told us the technician was mistaken and we needed to now buy a new motor. We did replace the motor but have continued to have issues with the door. We have had another company come out and their technician told us (without any prior knowledge of the door) that the problem is the spring - it is not the correct spring for the door. We would just like the correct spring for the weight of the door installed like we thought was happening a year ago. This company is installing incorrect parts and then telling consumers to purchase more parts from them. We are willing to pay the in difference in the spring costs for the correct one to be installed. the incorrect spring has been causing damage to our new motor.

      One Clear Choice holds itself to the highest standard. One Clear Choice would send a Quality Control Manager to weight the door, calculate the springs and confirm if the correct springs are installed. Expect a call from One Clear Choice to schedule.

      I paid clear choice over $56,000. Do you have a full mouth Of top and bottom teeth implants. That was supposed to be done in July 2023 unfortunately, due to medical reasons I was advised not to have the procedure done until I can get certain certain matters under control I spoke with clear choice told him about my situation and asked them if I can get a refund for my money that I paid and they told me I could but theyre going to keep $7000 for services rendered to be honest nothing has been done no teeth, extractions no nothing all that has been done are *********** and I feel that that $7000 is not acceptable for them to hold onto. What can I do
