      I had One Clear Choice technician **** *. come to my home on 6/25/2025 to fix my garage door as it was not working. **** explained everything to me as to what I needed and his recommendations. I agreed with **** since my garage door was very old as well as most of my parts for the garage door. Within two hours **** finished the job. I now have just about a new garage door with all new parts. springs, cables, and garage door opener. I will ask for **** G again when the proper maintenance should be done on the garage door. **** G is a great asset for this company.******* *.

      This is a customer complaint against this business. The job was done on Novd.ber 1, 2024. for the amount of $937.90. Im 85 years old homeowner. This job was not done correctly. Parts added that were not needed. I have solid proof. I need to be given back this money. I knowI I was taken advantage of because of my age. The owner is **** Spremlgle from ********, ******** I have all documetation, I have tried to resolve this matter with Clear Choice. Im reaching out to your business for help in this matter. I have reviewed the documentation and would have recommended all the work that was chosen to get installed the day of your service in November. I have also looked for any corresponded via, text, email, phone calls or USP mail for an issue of your service. Every interaction between us seemed happy and satisfied.       It has been over 25 days since the company installed my garage doors. From day one I have been asking them to fix the bottom that is showing light through. They are blaming their defective workmanship on the concrete being not level. My 27 year old garage door did not have a gaping hole at the bottom! Now, manager *************************, wants me to pay extra to fix the issue. He said i need an upgrade not a fixing. Dont be fooled by their enticing website and write-up. Stay away from this company!! Bad customer service! The companys install warranty means nothing, as they dont abide by it.

      We have Before And After Pictures Showing Gaps Before We Came Out. Additionally, We Have Pictures That The Customer Provided Showing a Level That Is ***** degrees out of level. This is creating a gap. The Garage door Comes With 3 Bottom Rubber. 5 Bottom Rubber Is An Upgrade That Cost Us More Money and Takes The Technician More Time To Install. We Have Offered A Cost Only Solution.

      Garage door fell off the track and lost a wheel after their repairs in January. Quoted different charges for emergency services last Sunday. The tech that did came out said the spring is not the correct type and they would be out to replace it. Now we have been sent an email from another tech stating the tech that was sent out gave ** inaccurate information about needing to replace our spring. But that he fixed the problem and now we need a new opener. This company seems to be very confused and employees do not seem to be on the same page. I have lost any confidence that my garage door will work correctly if I continue forward with them. Seriously irritating since we already had them work on it a mere 4 months ago. Warranty does not seem to mean very much as they just pick something they didnt talk you into replacing last time as another piece that failed.
