    This moving company is amazing. ***** ******** ******** and the team are all fabulous. ******** repeatedly warned me of brokers leading up to the move but I felt that it was a ploy to get her business. It wasnt until we were screwed over on the morning of our move that I realized what she meant. Dont work with brokers is a real thing! They squeeze the moving company, which in turn tries to scam the customer. Me. Us. You.I called up ******** that morning, who got me in touch with *******, who was trying to do what she could to fit us into their schedule within the next three days our deadline. It was **** who showed up that evening to do a walk through to confirm the estimate was accurate. He was charismatic but he proved through the subsequent days that he is a man of action, not just words. What **** did was nothing short of a miracle. He walked into our house and realized how serious we were about getting our things moved we packed up the house in 15 hours!! The previous company was to pack it for us. Initially we were told the move probably wouldnt happen to Thursday, throwing off our entire timeline but shortly after he left we were told they would try to get 70% packed the following evening.Indeed, he showed up as promised! Not only that, the crew was professional, meticulous, and careful - everything you wish for when you have your things packed to move across the country. He was going to come the following afternoon to finish up but found out our cleaning crew was due at lunch so he moved things around, showed up first thing in the morning, and two hours later he and his crew were driving away with our entire house!I was overwhelmed with movers calling me and it was hard to sift through which would work best for us. My advice is to never use a broker and the other advice is to go with this company, Paragon, because they are fair, can be trusted, and dependable.
