    We had a busted water main on October25, 2023. ************ came out and fixed up a bypass hose so that we would have water until a permanent fix was made, but the weather was supposed to turn freezing and snowy in two days, so we needed emergency service. AGL was there that afternoon. They brought in a huge crew and a couple pieces of heavy equipment and worked into the evening to get it finished that day. They did not tear up the yard, but dug a tunnel to connect to the house, even updating our 70 year old pipes in the crawlspace under the house. The next day, they came back to inspect and to put new sod where they had to dig (its now the best looking part of the lawn). These guys were professional, quick and the size of their team and equipment amazed me.
