      Honest. Probably all that needs to be said considering the CROOKS that are associated with solar.

      I have been wanted to add solar to our home for about 2 years now. I googled lots of companies in my area and had various sales people come out to our house to give us information on the best options for our home. Many of the companies initially looked into were setup out of state and ended up subcontracting the installation to local installers. I had heard some horror stories from neighbors who went this route and ended up with a very complicated process between the sales company and the actual install company. I found out through one neighbor that the install company that was subcontracted was actually Pro Bid Energy. We called them and they were very thorough in determining exactly what system size, panel type, and battery options we could consider based on our goal to provide some backup power if the grid went down. They provided us the best information and insight into the optimal system to meet our needs. Surprisingly, they were also slightly less than the other bids we had received. From the very start of our process all the way until the system was turned on with our Utility (about 4 months), Pro Bid Energy walked us through every step of the way and the installation was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Pro Bid Energy to any ******** homeowner looking to get a great deal and work with a local company.

      I signed up with Pro Bid Energy in August 2022. The whole process took about 3 months to install the solar panels. I thoroughly reviewed 4 different bids for my house and Pro Bid Energy was by far the most knowledgeable about the ideal design, energy savings, tax credits, product choices and project timelines with my Utility and local permitting office. Their entire team was responsive and professional. The solar panel installation looks great and the system is performing exactly as the described! I am so happy I went with Pro Bid Energy!

      Unfortunately I did not initially go with Pro Bid Energy. I wish I had. The company I went with 3 years ago went out of business and my system had stopped working. I found Pro Bid Energy online and spoke with *****. I explained to him my situation and he was very helpful to assist me in getting my solar system back up and running. He sent out his install team to troubleshoot my system and they resolved the issue in my inverter right away. I had been calling other companies for months trying to get someone to help me and ***** and Pro Bid Energy came to my house within 1 week of my initial call and resolved my issue on a system install by an out of business company. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar as their knowledge and patience to help fix my system was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you for helping fix my system!
