      *************** and the service team at Cook Chevrolet rescued my ******** from an internet tire company disaster. Simple Tire claimed to have great prices and installation until they lost one of the four tires and assigned a shop that did not have adequate installation equipment. After four weeks of no tires, *** stepped in as I could not find snow tires ANYWHERE. *** scoured the country found 4 blizzaks in WA and had them shipped to *********** They arrived within one week and were installed in less than 24 hours (which included 4 wheel locks that needed to be removed). I doubt ANY other dealer or retailer could have done what *** and his team did for me. I learned to ALWAYS shop local and for any automotive needs or service to ALWAYS TRY ********** FIRST!!! Thanks *** and the ********** team for saving my bacon for my wife's new car and snow tires!

      From the moment we made contact with Cook Cheverolet we were impressed with their excellent customer service and "no pressure" attitude. Within one day, because they were so organized and efficient, we drove away with our new pre-owned vehicle. LOVE IT! ***************************** and ******************* were by far the most professional salesmen we've ever met. It was our anniversary, and they put a big red bow on top of the hood of our Suv and took pictures of us looking so pleased. What a great experience, and a time we will always remember.
