I moved in and within a month I saw the apartment was infested with roaches. Throughout the year I had an exterminator spray every two weeks. Eventually, the exterminator determined the refrigerator was infested and needed to be replaced. The office was made aware of all this but nothing ever happened. I had decided to not renew my lease. While in the office I was speaking with a maintenance guy and he asked me why I was leaving. I explained it was the roaches and *** the office manager came to me and asked what he could do to make it right. After discussing he said he would bring it up with the home office and let me know. A few weeks later I went to see what the offer was and did not like what was offered. I declined and chose to move. When I moved I went back a week later to check on paperwork and saw a notice at my door demanding payment. I took the notice to the office and explained everything to the girl and she said she would leave a note with the notice on ***'s desk. That was the last I heard from them. Recently they have put me in collections for $3000.00. I do not feel I have to pay this since they never contacted me no matter how many times I reached out. I also turned in my notice on time and never received my deposit back. I want my deposit back but more then anything I want the $3000.00 removed from my credit report. I was in apt ******
