    They decided 8 months after we signed a lease that we had to pay extra for parking. I was also charged almost $100 for a month for gas when we do not have gas to the unit. They told me it is based on 8 units and the number of people in each unit (we have 2) and only for hot water. So two showers per day costs $100 per month for hot water? I have been charged less with gas heat and air. I am now being charged a $10 violation per day for parking when I chose to park on the street instead of the parking lot because I cannot currently afford the parking cost. My car has not been in the lot for over 24 hours but I am still being charged a violation daily. This company is all about how much money they can get off their tenants.
