      I have had a situation with this company that was disappointing. Unyte automatically renewed a subscription despite documentation of 0 usages, for a total of $3K for 2 years. There was no specific outreach to find out why (I was not aware that my subscription automatically renewed) and customer service would not consider compromising the fee, despite the lack of usage.

      While we respect ****************** frustration that she paid for a subscription that she did not use her 2nd year, we communicated very clearly with her that her subscription was renewing.  Had she reached out within the first year, or even soon after the second year renewed, we would have been more than happy to accommodate her.  As it is, she reached out 5 months into a 12-month commitment and wanted her money back. We regularly reach out to our subscribers with offers of support through phone calls, video chats and other resources.  We have no record of ************** taking advantage of these measures.
