    I am a new guest with ****. Just started my account and they had ************* pick up a vehicle I was renting. Closed the open window for renting the vehicle son I had no access to my account information to extend or make payments. I called in to Turo customer support; no one help instead they transferred my case to their safety team closed my account so I would not communicate with them concerning my bill. By law is this legal. I should have access to my account and personal information at all times. This business needs to shut down. Its not right!

    *****. Booked a car weeks before my trip, days before I land, Im notified by the host the car was totaled, and I must reach out to ****. First question, why am I having to reach out? Turo should be contacting me with replacements. After 3 phone calls and multiple emails they will not get me a new car with the same cost. Their call center is out of the country and no manger or supervisor to speak too. Spend extra money and go to a place with actual customer service. Glad my trip to see my sick grandfather is up in the air with no way to get around.

    Turo business is terrible. They Discrimination and definition of character.. Clearly running credit and background checks on people when they are just a rental company who supposed to check driver making sure, you are clear to drive. It's scare me that they could be using my personal information for other reasons. If my background etc was not clear how can I be a host yet not a guest lol when your background has to be clean right. Definitely red flag. And they need to be check into because the fee when you not approved are Definitely different for when you are approved. Scamming people out of they money. People need to check the credit report and bank account.

    PSM305 On Turo Here In ***** ** Is Horrible. Dont Get Me Wrong They Have Nice Cars. But What They Dont Tell You Is All The Hidden Fees That Comes With Renting A Car From Them. 100 Dollars In Parking Fees Which Was Brought To My Attention After I Return The Car. They Make You Pay For Fees When You Dont Even Have The Car In Possession. So I Do Advise You Guy Do Not Rent Any Cars From PSM305 Here In *****. Better Yet Dont Rent Any Cars From Rental You Better Off Renting Cars From The **********************

    This business stands behind horrible host. **** was our host for a a vehicle that should no longer be on the road. It made a rattling sound and my husband felt uncomfortable when he cranked the car up. It was unclean and its features were falsely advertised. The exterior had a big dent on the side of it. We were charged for a delivery fee automatically on our credit card but the car was advertised as free pickup from the airport. We were charged for a cleaning fee in which **** removed but over a month later were charged a smoking fee each $150. We dont even smoke and strong dislike the smell. This hosts was unscrupulous in every way and after we returned the vehicle charge our account for multiple bogus charges. When reported to Turo they removed a few items but now all and you can clearly see inconsistencies with the reason for the charges. Im disgusted with this company and wouldnt recommend anyone do business with them. **** should be banned from hosting and Turo needs to have better systems in place to protect customers from predators like ***** It was an awful experience and shameful on **** and **** part as I rented the vehicle to attend the funeral of a beloved.

    The Lax location is horrible cars were not up to par. They canceled my reservation because the car I was reserved was damaged. They refunded my money after the host requested a car swap due to damage windshield. We we given an emergency vehicle which later resulted in $800 worth of fees. We didnt even have the car a complete 2 days. Cars are easy to get but the rip you off to cover there own.

    Host vehicles where not up to part to be on the site company was supposed to refund the funds. They refunded the amount and recharged it to me again. Never received the service.
