    Ive done business with this company for 3 years. The one product I need for pain and sleep is out of stock and has been since my last order in September 2023. I have contacted them numerous times to no avail. Now theres a Black Friday sale. What sale? No product. Id like them to send me 2 bottles of tincture CBN, CBD regular. The sale is false advertising imho. I demand a replacement. They dont answer their phone and dont return calls.

    I am rejecting this response because: it doesnt reflect good intentions by the seller. I stated I would require a concession considering the time spent on this issue. Also, not reflected are the ads sent of products that were out of stock. I call that deceptive marketing practices.

    The company sends ads via email. The ads show products that look wonderful, but when you go to the web site its out of stock..for months!

    Yesterday (11/20/2023) I received a parcel from Balanced Health Botanicals which contained (Hemp/CBD) items that I did not authorize the purchase of. I have never used nor ever intend to use any such items. My investigation revealed that I was charged $243.80 unauthorized times.I am in the process of returning these unopened items along with a letter to the organization about my displeasure regarding this fraudulent matter.I will also file a complaint with the Secretary of ************** regarding this matter. Even if these were "free samples" I would've returned them but I was charged monies that I did not authorize.

    I have tried to contact this company over a 2-month period to straighten out my account,(they have been sending or billing me for 2 different orders. they do not give phone a number. I got their number from this website,. they have never returned my calls. their contact on their website is only related to potential wholesale buyers. I found an e-mail once and they did nothing when i e-mailed them. At this point i wisht to cancel. This has been very frustrating and i have enough CBD to last a year!! HELP!!!

    It looks like ***** had two active subscriptions for two separate items set up under his account, this situation has been resolved as of Dec 28, 2022 by both cancelling his unwanted subscription and refunding him for the past subscriptions he created. Please see below the timeline of contact and resolution.

    We responded to *****'s first call on September 4, 2022 to clarify his concern and see what we could do to help out. He responded September 6, 2022. We responded same day via email with a solve and did not hear back from *********** 

    On November 30, 2022 he reached out again via voicemail, we responded same day. We did not receive a response from *********** 

    We were able to get ***** on the phone (newly available as of late 2022) on Dec 28, 2022 to get the issue resolved and also sent him a follow-up email confirming the refund of the orders he received as well as the cancellation of his duplicate subscription, the cancel was effective immediately with no further product being shipped unless prompted on the customers end by placing a manual order or another subscription.
