1 starThere product is average. Their emails are almost daily, had to unsubscribe. Then a bottle of their product showed up and it looks like they have set up an auto ship without my permission!And their phones aren't national, Mountain Time only. This group is starting off on the wrong foot, their website has a huge RED FLAG from WOT, the Web Of Trust. Their website appears to be hacked or corrupted somehow. ***Review fromMatt S

Impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list. Call, email, complain endlessly yet every morning, another email. Love to meet the owner. Must be the most bitter person likely suffering from severve obesity and insistent on sharing her pain with the rest of the world.

Abysmal customer service. My credit card was hacked and a $300 fraudulent charge was made against for merchandise from this company. I tried contacting them by e-mail and by phone, but no response; they don't have a human answering their phones, just a voicemail machine.I can't understand why a company can be so dense and not wanting to have costly merchandise returned to them (unopened.)Balanced Health Botanicals, LLC
