    I ordered 2 sets of pillows on 12/25/23. The total in the amount of $60.60 was immediately take from my account but I never received the pillows. I would like the total amount to be refunded to me.

    I purchased a shoe organizer from this company on Dec 14 ************************************************************************************************************* customs because of a delay then they updated the tracking to show that it was delivered but it was not I asked the company to provide what delivery company was used such as **************** and nothing was provided but tge strange thing is I located another company via ******** selling the same wrack so I purchased from this company but when I received my recipe it shoes buluk as the company i asked the second order to be canceled because of the trouble with the first order the company advised it couldn't be canceled but tgey will provide a refund for the first order it has been 3 weeks and i still have not received my refund and the company keeps saying it's coming and it never do also the new order has the exact same activity on shipping as the previous order with the exact same ************** just different month which leads me to believe it's not a legit company

    I ordered a shoe rack early December. It was never delivered and theyre not trying to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement. Do not let these people rob you like they did me. Luckily it was only $40

    Ordered product from this company on Dec 23rd 2023. Product claims the delivered on Jan 16, **** but never received. Asked all neighbors if the received a package by mistake and nobody has. Emailed company multiple times and kept getting excuses saying **************.

    I order a shoe folding rack from their site Buluk INC. I email them twice with no answer.I try contacting Stripe were I got a receipt from. Call the number they gave that was useless. I would like to look into this business.

    I purchased a pop up Christmas tree on November 14th 2023 for $55.05. I haven't received any shipping information. I have sent 2 emails to try to get tracking information and have not gotten a reply. I also did a search online for reviews on this company and found that multiple people have been scammed by this company.
