    This is definitely a scammer. I ordered a shoe organizer but never got it.They even kept saying it was coming but never did. They finally offered a refund which also I never got.Big scammer.

    I ordered two Christmas trees from this company and received neither of them. Contacted the company regarding the order and they gave me a tracking number and link to their tracking service. The tracking service link provided information (including apparent tracking data) of the supposed track through **** to a delivery date on December 2, 2023. I contacted **** for information and was told they were not affiliated with buluk Inc in any way. I again reached out to the shipping service and was informed I would have to pay a refundable fee via credit card of $5.00 to get additional information.I tracked the headquarters via goggle maps to the Penn ****************** building in ******, ********. This is clearly a fraudulent company using the internet to perpetrate their criminal activity and the public should be warned about them.

    Order a Christmas tree and did receive a email or a tracking number... trying to get my money back.
