      This company called me and didnt want to give me any information until I verified who I was. They called me they should already have my information. I told them to stop calling me and to put on my credit report whatever it is they are trying to collect. They address they are referring to I havent lived there for over 20 years. I am requesting them to remove my name and my information from their database. They called me when their office was closed and the number they called me from was *****2-6719 and when I googled this number SCAM was written all over it.

      This company continues to harass my phone day in and day out. I have never worked with them and never will. These calls are unwanted and unwarranted and it appears that they have bought my information from somewhere as I had never even hear of them until they began harassing me. I have block several of their numbers and they continue to call.

      Virtuoso called me up and tried to collect a debt that I do not owe. They said the debt was filed in November for non-payment of electricity to a property that I do not own. Bunch of scammers are what they are.If only I could leave a 0 star review

      Virtuoso is so unprofessional and the customer service is terrible. I was speaking with the supervisor in regards to paying off my account and she hung up on me while I was talking. I was trying to explain to her when I was going to take care of my bill and the reason why, but she hung up on me. She was got rude and aggressive on the phone talking about so when are you going to pay your bill? Over and over again. She wouldnt let me talk because she consistently spoke over me. My only regret is I dont remember her name to include it in this review. Virtuoso is terrible.
