      ***** ********** ******************************** Date: 02/24/2025 To: Virtuoso Sourcing Group **************************************************************** Subject: Dispute and Demand for Validation of Alleged Debt Dear Virtuoso Sourcing Group, I am writing to formally dispute the alleged debt of $863.42 that you claim is associated with ADT. This debt is not mine, and I have no binding contract with your company or *** regarding this matter. The information you have reported is false, inaccurate, and unverifiable. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (*****) (15 U.S. Code 1692g), I request validation of this debt, including the original contract or proof that this account is indeed mine. To date, you have failed to provide such documentation. Without proper verification, you are in violation of federal law. Additionally, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) (15 U.S. Code 1681), any information that cannot be verified must be deleted from my credit report. Reporting false information or failing to correct inaccuracies is also a violation of the law. I further demand that you cease all communication with me regarding this matter as allowed under the ***** (15 U.S. Code 1692c). You are not authorized to share or distribute any information about me or this false debt to third parties.       Virtuoso Sourcing Group recieved an account from ADT Security on February 13, 2025.  We have attached the contract that was sent to us by ADT Security.  We sent a letter to the complainant on February 14th, 2023 but have had not contact with Mr. ***************** Virtuoso does not report to the credit bureuas and therefore has nothing it can delete from those credit bureaus.  We have placed the account in a dispute status and will not make anymore attempts to Mr. ********** and are available to assist him if needed.

      My ADT account was turned over to Virtuoso. I made a deal with Virtuoso in August 2024 to pay what they told me was 50% of the amount due. I paid it and they assured me the account would be closed with ADT. I received another collection company coming after me this February 2025 for *** (**** and ******) I told them I had already settled with ADT through Virtuoso. They wanted proof. I no longer have proof since this was 6 months ago. I called Virtuoso and they agreed that I had paid the amount due, that the account was closed and they would send me an e mail stating that. I called three times asking for this information. I verified each time that they had the right email address and home address. The third time I called, even though on prior calls they agreed the account was closed and settled, they acted as if I owed more money. Virtuoso did not do their job by settling with ADT. Now they are trying to get more money from me on an account we settled back in August.

      Virtuoso did recieve a request from the the complainant and sent and email with the information regarding the account in question.  The email contained the settled in full (SIF) detail and that nothing else was owed at this time.  The was sent on March 4th to the email ********************************.  Please let me know if any other details are needed.

      Virtuoso Sourcing Group continues to send me emails regarding a past due electric account. I do not have an electric account under my name.

      In January 2025 I received notification from Virtuoso Sourcing Group that *** had referred my account to them for collection. *** has never provided me with any service, neither has Alder, the company they bought my data from. After 15+ hours on the phone over multiple weeks I was able to cancel my account with ADT on 18 October 2024. I received a "Zero Balance" letter from ADT that day, and have emailed that to Virtuoso. I contacted Virtuoso Sourcing Group by email and phone that this debt had been disputed. Virtuoso continues to send emails regarding this account. Whether this represents clerical incompetence or fraudulent intent by Virtuoso Sourcing Group I expect them to cease collection attempts immediately and confirm that my account with ADT is closed.

      I am unaware of how this company got my contact information. They called me several times a day beginning sometimes at 7 oclock in the morning up until 7 PM. *** answered the phone and asked them numerous times to reframe from calling, communicate with me via Mail. They have not respected my wishes. From my understanding, they are a debt collector, and it is illegal for debt collectors to begin calling prior to 9 AM. We are on the border of harassment, especially since Ive asked them on several occasions to contact me via Mail with whatever information they need to disclose.

On May 23, 2024 we sent a validation letter to the address provided by our client. We do not reflect speaking with ***************************** regarding the account and have been unsuccessful in authentication that would allow for us to communicate the account has been placed with our office. The have not been any calls made prior to 8 am reflecting in our records and we have not reported the account to a credit bureau. *********************************** compliant requests no further contact, we will honor her request and no further attempts to call her will be made. However the account remains within our records and she may contact ********************* with any questions or to learn more about and resolve the balance assigned to our office by call ************.       I have been called multiple times from this company. they arent allowing me to speak. forcing me to agree to things that arent true. Asking for credit card information over the phone to process a payment that isnt mine to pay. i am an identity theft victim from a family member. they are scaring me telling me that "typically" this isnt the case for identity theft victims. but my situation isnt typical. threatening to have someone come to my home by the end of the day to EITHER ARREST ME or take my car from me. They told me I have 1 hour to decide if i want to pay or they will come to my home

      In November 2023 I received notification from Virtuoso Sourcing Group that ADT had referred my account to them for collection I had canceled my account with ADT on April 6, 2023. I contacted Virtuoso Sourcing Group by letter on December 28, 2023 that this debt had been disputed.. Virtuoso continues to send collection letters regarding this account. Whether this represents clerical incompetence or fraudulent intent by Virtuoso Sourcing Group I expect them to cease collection attempts immediately

      This business continues to call me day end and day out. Interrupting client meetings. Waking my newborn baby from naps. It is interfering with my life. They ask my to verify personal information without telling me who they are or what they are calling about. That I'd harassment. They then hang up on me and continue to call and solicit information from me without informing who they are. In today's world that seems like a huge scam.

      After paying 2 installments to Virtuoso and promised a paid receipt to be sent to an email address of m r s d e v a n e y s @ a o l. c o m, I have called them to ask again for paid receipts. ********* is now refusing to provide proof that I have paid the 2 installments. She suggested I log into their site and obtain this information. This is not acceptable and I believe this to be a total scam. IF they are a legitimate company, they should have no problem providing a paid receipt nor do I believe in the legitimacy of their site. I am telling everyone they are scammers and NOT to give them money. Very often, these scammers will attempt more collections even after the bill is paid. I want a Paid in Full receipt immediately as the bill total is completely suspect.

We mailed a validation letter to the address provided by our client and attempted assist ****************** by accepting and applying payments for the balance assigned of $350.88. Correspondence is provided in adherence with applicable industry regulations and/or upon full payment. The payment amounts reflected below were applied to the account balance. The account was closed and returned to our client on January 30, ****.       The company has made many, may calls to me over the last 6 months. They wont identify why they are calling other than to say "it is a matter of concern to you" or something like that; they ask me to provide my mailing address, supposedly to confirm they are talking to the right person. I don't give my personal information to disembodied voices over the phone.I've asked them to stop calling me but they continue to do so. They rotate the phone numbers but it is always the same company. The last time they called THEY hung up on me after asking me a question and before I could answer.I consider it harassment. They won't give me any information beyond their name but they ask me to provide my information without a reason or verification that they are an actual, real entity.
