    I pre-ordered a *************** collectors box set and picture disc vinyl in November 2023. It was scheduled to be released in Spring of 2024. Once that Spring came and it didn't arrive, I sent them an email to inquire of its current status. They waited over 2 months before finally responding back and said the release date got pushed to Aug. Same thing. ****** came and nothing. Enabled again and they responded a month later saying October. Then it became December. January 2025, I got tired of waiting and asked for my $253.81 back or I was going to report the experience on the BBB site. They responded back with "your order has been cancelled, refund coming in 7-10 business days". I waited 14 days and never heard back from them. I.emailed again and simply said "where's my money?". The next day they said "sorry about the waited, I went ahead and issued the refund". Next day I checked the bank account and saw that not only did they NOT refund me the whole $253.81, but instead they charged me yet AGAIN!! Went to my local bank and gave this ordeal to them. They had investigators look into this fraudulent company, and therefore I was given back my money thanks to my bank. ****! STEER VERY CLEAR FROM Z2 Comics, they're very crooked folks, and they rarely respond to emails and there's no transparency within their company (or whatever that place is!!)

    I pre-ordered a special edition INK collection in February of 2023 with a projected release date of late 2023. After initial emails from the company stating the product was delayed until early 2024, I have heard nothing from the company by way of updating other than them promoting the item on their site and social media as available to buy now, yet they are not answering any emails sent regarding my order.As of today, I have sent 20 emails since March of this year to both their help and support emails and have not received a single reply. I see no other way to get a hold of them and they are not replying with shipping update or refunding for lack of an item. This is a terrible business model and I am hoping to have this resolved as they are well aware most cannot afford to get legal help in dealing with this and are probably banking on this fact.

    I ordered a comic back in March of 2022. They took my full payment of $180 stating that it would be released that October. As of today, July 7th, I still have not received ************* still hasn't been issued per others that have ordered. Steer clear of this company. I've learned my ****** & will not purchase anything from them again. Now I am just hoping they refund me the money.

    Ordered a graphic novel of my daughters favorite band in June 2022 and never received it. Emailed the company multiple times and would only receive an automated message of larger than average.. I called the company and no one answered. I wish I would of read the reviews first. They are Scammers!

    Do not purchase from this SCAM company, you will not get what you paid for. Look around at all the INSANE amount of complaints online. They will even block comments and reviews of *********

    Be warned. Do NOT order anything from this company. Placed an order for a platinum edition of Heart strings. Ordered last January (paid over $1000) for a signed guitar, signed book and other keepsake items, to be shipped in June. July came around and all kinds of excuses with no communication. Finally, in December slowly the order is trickling in and now the one item of which drove the decision to buy the platinum set (the one of a kind signed guitar), is not a signed guitar. It is a signed certificate. The book was a sticker signed by the artist and stuck inside the cover of the book. Not a signed book. Emailed the company regarding their false advertisement, they ADMIT IT. Stated they changed it within an hour of advertising the product (which as of today, 12/12/22) it STILL is advertised , SIGNED guitar. The offered $200 off the price, however; this does not justify the false advertising done by this company. It has been 10 months and still don't have what was ordered. I have in an email they stated it was their fault. ADMITTED false advertisement. I'm deciding if I am seeking litigation.
