December 2nd 2024, I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my husband. It was an Iron Maiden comic signed by author. I received shipping info but it still says waiting on item *** contacted the business via email, inbox online and even tried calling. The only thing they can tell me is that the post office is waiting for the product so they can deliver. They wont tell me where the product is!Initial Complaint

I had purchased a graphic novel/album bundle from Z2 comics through their website on November 5th. On November 12th I had received my order. Upon opening I only received the graphic novel and not the album. I notified the company right away through email on November 12th. On November 13th I had gotten an email response back with an apology and that they are investigating the issue and will get back to me. On november 16th I followed up with another email asking for an update and got no response. On November 20th I email once again asking for a response back. On November 21st I finally get a response back with them telling me they are still looking into the matter. I emailed back on November 26th, 27th, 30th and last On December 3rd with no further response from the company. All I want is.the get what I had paid for the album that they never sent me.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from them on 11/29/2023 for the amount of $112.29. Order #******. They have not delivered it and will not give me a response regarding the status of the order other than the delivery date keeps changing. I requested a refund multi-times but the ignored me. In 03/26/2024 I ordered a comic book (NO REMORCE: THE ILLOYSTRATED TRUE STORIES OF ***** ********* AND MOTORHEAD - HARDCOVER), and pay ***** $ for it through ******. The comic was in Pre-order state with delivery after 2 months I thing. After some time I sent an email requesting feedback for the delivery. They told me that because I was in ****** to wait a little longer because they had problems with the European warehouse. Every time I sent email the answer was to be patient... After 7 months they stop answering to my emails. Now I want my money back. I was patient for so many months because I really wanted the comic book in my hands but now I don't thing that I'm going to have it. Last year I purchased trading cards in conjuction with a graphic novel by the band NCT-127. I requested periodic updates as to why it was not being fulfilled. Three months ago, they said items had arrived at warehouse and we're shipping. I never recieved. In fact they continued to hawk more expensive editions and offered a discount but no further update on original order. No response to refund request.Initial Complaint

I contacted the company via their website to initiate a refund for this order (which according to the terms on their site I am eligible for a refund as long as the order hasnt shipped out yet which it hasnt). Order placed on April 30th - for ILLENIUM Presents: STARFALL book ($30.50). Order received on May 6th, but the item received was not what was ordered - item received was ************************** Emailed Z2 requesting correction/exchange on Tuesday, May 7th; no response. Emailed again on May 15th; no response. Emailed again today, June 1st. I preorder an item in August last year and the release date kept being pushed back. Its now almost a year later and was released on may 7 2024. Today is may 19 2024 and has not shipped. The item was $200 and should have been here on the release date. I have sent several emails with no response and several phone calls with no answer. I would just like to have my order or a complete refund but they are ignoring any communication and there are a lot of people wondering where this item is. Im not the only one. Im getting frustrated with the whole situation
