They call numerous times a day. Every day. Each time is from a different phone number, so, blocking does not stop the harassment. There is no person calling. It is a computer generated voice pretending to be a live person. I need the harassment to stop. They have called before 7am and after 10pm.

I submitted a disability claim with the national disability group in December 2021. My case was denied by SSI in October 2022. It's been a month that I've been waiting on a redetermination to be filed. I have called countless times, sent emails, left voicemails. I called just now looking for my case manager, *******************************, no answer, left a message. Sent an email. Called the main number, and ******* said ****** was at her desk so she'd transfer me. No answer, Called again. no answer. Called ******* back, no answer. I'm at a point in life that I simply cannot continue to survive without this. I feel I will be homeless soon, I cannot afford the medicine I need to function and get better, I cannot afford the food I need, I do not know what I'm going to do. I shouldn't have to BEG this group that I signed a contract with to simply acknowledge my existance. It's been a month and I have absolutely no clue what's going on with my case, if it's been filed, or if it's even been STARTED.This group is atrocious. Literally just ****** "national disability group" and look at the reviews. 1.7 rating. I don't know that I've ever actually seen a business that low. It's embarrassing. One of the workers THEMSELVES have told me that I would be better off finding better representation, but I cannot even contact anyone to cancel this so I can find someone who cares.please help me. :(

    Hello,

I'm writing to cancel this complaint.

This business is a group of attorneys who no doubt have tons of cases that they're working on for SSI Disability claims. My SSI disability claim was denied in October, with a statement saying that I had 30 or 60 days to file the redetermination. I called and emailed constantly throughout this window, with absolutely no response. I was terrified my claim was going to be closed and I was going to either have to start over or just deal with never getting disability. This is quite literally a fear for my life. If I don't get this, I truly do not know what I'm going to do, and it's terrifying.

I finally received a call from SSI themselves, not this group, telling me that the redetermination had been submitted. Days later my rep at this group emailed me telling me the redetermination had been filed. Apparently it was filed days prior to her email. I was going on the previous email saying I would be notified as soon as it was submitted. This all seems like a miscommunication, or even simpler, a single missed email.

It seems like this is being handled by this group, and they're just insanely busy. A rep at SSI told me "no news is good news" with these groups... so I'd like to cancel this complaint and just be patient. I do think that a single email/phone call isn't too much to ask, considering the weight of this request.... but I do not know how busy this group is or what goes on in-office.

    thank you,

This group took advantage of me in a time of a serious medical condition. They never presented themselves as a company that was working on my behalf which would receive benefits if my case was won. I did all the work and spoke on behalf of myself. They did nothing and are trying to get a percentage of my disability. They are fraud and should not be showed to not disclose themselves as a company rendering services with the expectations of receiving payment.
