      Trial was expiring in over 10 days, which is more than enough time for me to cancel.But what happened today, was that they attempted to charge my card $484.08, which is unauthorized by me. If this went through, I will be disputing this charge. I do not recommend this company or business.

      Guess I should have looked here first. No FREE trial as they charged me the Trial fee, and a monthly plan fee all on the same day. I even cancelled the same day I signed up, after I saw the lack of info they had. Scammers and thieves.

      I had a very frustrating experience with AutoDS. After canceling my annual subscription on August 25, 2024, due to unsatisfactory service and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund for the prorated amount of $298.20. Despite numerous follow-ups and evidence that the funds were returned to their account on October 4, 2024, AutoDS has failed to process the refund.The companys customer service is unresponsive, and their refund policy is misleading. Their "cancel anytime" statement gives the impression that refunds are available, but they do not honor this. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable.Ive tried resolving the matter through emails, my bank, and every possible channel, but AutoDS has ignored my requests. I do not recommend their service to anyone, as they seem more focused on keeping customer funds than providing quality service or resolution.If youre considering using AutoDS, proceed with caution. Ensure you thoroughly understand their terms and be prepared for zero support if you face issues.

      This company charged me an annual charge of $800 months after I canceled. Luckily my bank knew they were fraudulent and would not approve the payment. I have had zero response from autods

      STAY AWAY! I thought I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and was charged $38 days later. Completely shady business and would not refund my money when I filled out the appropriate form.

      I highly suggest not using this service! I subscribed for AutoDS back on the 24th of September 2024. I used the service to list an item from ******* onto ****. To test if everything was working correctly I had my brother purchase that item at which point AutoDS should've fulfilled the order. That did not occur. Instead **** requested I ship the order out. I immediately brought this up by opening a ticket on AutoDS. I reached out several times to see what the status was resolving the issue and it was always the same, "we apologize" and "our team is working on it." Remind you this generic response would usually be hours after I would have to contact them. By the 27th, the day **** expected the item shipped, I had enough. I requested a full refund. $214.80 for my annual subscription and $50 for money I preloaded to be able to fulfill orders. The ** *** requested I fill out a form for the refund where I learned that not only would I have to fill out a separate form to get the $50 back. I would also not be getting 15% of the annual subscription fee back. Imagine paying over $200 for a service, not getting the service, and then having to pay a 15% processing fee for the service you did not receive once requesting a refund! Again, I highly advise to stay away from AutoDS.

      Stay AWAY from this company! . I signed up for a free 14 day trial and was charged full price the next day!. When asked for a refund, they state that I voided the trial by switching plan from yearly to monthly? What?? And then send you a screenshot of it somehow when I never switched plans and have no idea where they get that from , nor is anything like that disclosed when signing up. They use deceptive practices to charge you once they get your. information for anything they can. They will use any way to fraudulently charge you and I have reported them already. So Stay away . This company is a scam and fraudsters!

      It's a scam, I bought a subscription in June for a 7-day trial, canceled the subscription before the trial subscription expired, and in August I received a bill for payment for two subscriptions, one for $368.7 and one for $9.9, please return my money

      Zero stars!! Scam if you ask me. Sold me a month starter trial subscription I could not login to, contacting them and explaining the problem over and over, i said just cancel and keep getting told you can only cancel on the website that I can't login to, my tough luck right, after the month was up, they took $600.00 out of my bank for a year subscription to a starter plan, not a month but a YEAR, COME ON! So after a bunch of attempts and threat I got most of it back. -15%= $87. $87.00 for what? Something that was never there. Pretty good scam if you scam several a day like me. "DON'T BE LIKE ME"..

      Took money out of my account before trial period was up. Did not refund. They did it twice but refunded the first time but not the second and PayPal sided with them.
