      I signed up for a $1 free trial and a $29.99/month plan. They charged me for an entire year subscription. They automatically withdrew the funds from my account. I cannot get a response from their customer service. I cancelled my account, now I cannot even access the site. My sign on was deleted. The subscription began on June 23rd. So I've lost the entire one year subscription amount.

      I started a LLC business for dropshipping product service with auto-ds for faster delivery time with seller hassle of shipping out the product to the buyer. Paid annually for my ******* store $407.17 and TikTok store ******. Not knowing that after paying for subscription later to be billed for add-on fees of *****, *****, 9.90, and ***** monthly. In 4 months I have paid a total of ******* or more from February to May 2025. I've had an order that was never fulfilled by auto-ds to ship king led bed frame with storage drawers. As my order was automatic ordered I've never received a shipping date or shipping label, instead the platform shows the order closed. Before the status became closed I uploaded to balance payments of ****** and ****** to have the product automatically shipped thru their 3rd party customer AliExpress. The total $600 balance uploaded paid AliExpress ****** for a product that never got shipped. As I contacted auto-ds support team day after day. They were not able to give me a status on delivery time as I kept getting the run around standard email saying the same thing until they just stopped responding. Now I feel like the auto-ds business has scammed me out of money and not giving me the satisfaction customer service they preach about in their advertising. Also, the product of the bed changed from TikTok order of ****** to charging ******. I lost a buyer having to refund them ****** which look bad for my LLC business. Not to mention the follow up emails trying to get a solution resolved. Has been stressful and time consuming allowing me to pay someone to do for me but getting no response or results from auto-ds support customer service team.

      Complaint Summary:AutoDS is refusing to refund $184 in unused credits despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Their support misled me and now theyre withholding my money without cause.Full Complaint:I am filing this complaint because AutoDS is refusing to refund $184 of my personal funds that I loaded into their platform. I contacted their support team immediately after realizing the funds were applied incorrectly. I was told by their representative that the money was loaded into the wrong place and needed to be transferred to the balance manually. At no point was I informed that this transaction would be non-refundable or that I only had a 24-hour window to fix it.Ive been trying to resolve this issue since day one. Ive received conflicting messages from their team, been passed around between representatives, and now canceling my membership weeks ******* being told that I missed some hidden window and that my $184 is now non-refundable. Even though I am canceling the subscription and leading the platform. These are not promotional credits. This is my actual money.I have not used the credits. There is no valid reason this company should be able to keep my funds simply because of internal miscommunication and vague policy enforcement. Their current stance feels dishonest, unfair, and borderline predatory.I am requesting a full refund of the $184 and expect this to be resolved immediately. If not, I will also be pursuing a chargeback through my payment method and escalating this issue publicly and legally. Im filing this to protect myself and others from falling into similar situations with this company.

      I never received any services or ******* store products. I did not utilize.Therefore, I should have never been charged. The process to set up account or to link ******* store never worked. I only received one email and never had further contact afterwards.. I had no phone number or email contact address. There was no one to contact for support! No order number given. Cease and desist credit card charges immediately. Refund all charges.

      I have continued to attempt to settle this issue with AutoDs and its fraudulent charge on my account. The ****** needs to be fully refunded and I will be pursuing district court action if nothing is resolved. The matter is simply based within the free trial not being cancelled as I instructed and AutoDs refusing responsibility. AutoDS is attempting to retain 15% of money for services not used and this is unacceptable. Please provide your registered address for serving

      Dear BBB,I initially signed up for a free trial, but just two days before the free trial ended, I was charged the full annual subscription fee. As far as I remember, I never signed up for a one-year subscription ************ soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription on the same day, as I was no longer interested in using their dropshipping service. I disputed the charge through ******, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist, stating that they could not process the dispute because the subscription was canceled after the transaction was made. Although AutoDS initially agreed to issue a full refund, they are now refusing to do so, citing that ****** did not able to dispute the ************** order to access AutoDS service, users are required to log in through a TikTok or other account, which I never did. I just put my email and payment info. I have not used their dropshipping service at all. After canceling my subscription, I was no longer able to log in, possibly because my account was blocked.I am seeking BBBs help to resolve this issue and secure a full refund, as I never used their service and canceled my subscription even before it started.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I open two accounts using mobile phone. The site states that I have 7 days free trial with after 7 days that will charge me ****** (the lowest option on mobile phone) I cancel the subscription and and uninstall the app on that day 2/16 or the day after 2/17. It is well within 7 days free trial. They charge amount ****** each (or ****** total)

      I signed up with ******* and deposited $200 on September 11th into my account with the expectation that the company would assist me in automating my order fulfillment process for my Amazon store. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous issues that ultimately led to the cancellation of my membership.Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, I found it extremely difficult to figure out how to use the Auto DS platform. I had multiple orders coming in from ******, and despite reaching out to Auto DS for help connecting their platform to my Amazon account, I received no support or guidance. Consequently, I had to manually handle the deliveries myself, defeating the purpose of using their service.Due to this lack of support and functionality, I decided to cancel my membership with Auto DS. However, I was never refunded the $200 that I had deposited into my account for the purpose of shipping my orders. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding the refund, but my requests have been ignored. I have contacted them numerous times and they will not respond any longer. I also found out that they are actually out of ****** but using Colorado as their address. This was not a subscription payment this was , this was solely so that they could ship my products that were over shipped.I believe that Auto DS has failed to deliver the services they promised and has not provided adequate customer support.       I used autoDS for a year i paid for. I canceled my subscription and they at first refunded me 90% of what I paid. To only a couple days later charge me full price for a year after I canceled my membership with them.

      First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. It appears there was a misunderstanding, despite our initial refund being processed in accordance with our Terms of Policy.


      On December 13th, we sent you a confirmation email regarding the processing of your refund and the deletion of your account. However, on December 16th, an automated marketing email was mistakenly sent, stating that your trial would end in two days. This email was no longer valid, and it seems to have caused confusion, leading to the reactivation of your account and subsequently a chargeback being initiated with your bank. As a result of the chargeback, your AutoDS account was blocked to prevent further charges or disputes.

      We kindly request your cooperation to resolve this matter. Once the dispute with your bank is closed, we will proceed with refunding the remaining amount of $59.22 to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

      Hello,I subscribed to the yearly plan on Autods for doing dropshipping and i was charged the full amount for the whole next year. After a few months now I have decided to close my dropshipping business as it is not going well. I requested Autods to cancel my subscription and refund the extra amount i have paid for the next year but they declined my request saying that it is against their policy. Although they have an option in the request form that they can issue refund with 15% deduction fee for early cancellation but still they are refusing to refund me. They are refusing to give me any of the options mentioned in their request form. Instead they are offering me autods credits which are of no use to me as i am closing my dropshipping business. I would like them to issue me a refund like all the other business do in the similar case otherwise it is going to be a huge loss for me. Please find attached screenshots for the reference and ask Autods to please issue me a refund. Thank you

      Hi,

      According to our Terms of Service (********************************************************)  refunds on subscriptions are not typically permitted. The user selected the yearly plan deliberately to benefit from the discounted price, and their decision to close their business is unrelated to our refund policy. 

      That said, at AutoDS, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. To demonstrate our goodwill, we are offering an exception in this case. We propose allowing the user to retain 4 months of access to our platform and refunding the remaining months. Heres how the refund is calculated:

      Total yearly subscription cost: $1,314.64
      Value of 4 months of access: $679.60 (4 $169.90)
      Amount eligible for refund: $635.04
      After 15% fee: $539.75

      Additionally, the user has a managed balance of $14.81 eligible for refund. After the 15% fee, the refundable amount for this balance is $12.58.


      In total, the refund amount offered is $552.33.


      Please let us know how the user would like to proceed. Once confirmed, well process the refund swiftly.
