    This company is a Joke. I have been trying to get ahold of them. They dont respond. ******** customer service. Do not do business with them.

    I bought a vacuum from them. It died after a month. They sent me a battery, didn't fix it. I've tried to get a response for almost 30 day's. No response to my multiple emails.I wish I could warn people to not do business with this company. And, find a phone number.

    The product broke while in use. It has a 3 year warranty and I reached out to customer service. They transferred me over to "amazon customer support". I have not heard back in 3 weeks. Do not buy, it will break and customer service will not replace.

    Do not order anything from this customer. I have tried for over four weeks to obtain some response as to what I should do with my broken vacuum. I ordered it from ******. When it broke, I called ******. They said I should contact the manufacturer. I sent 3 emails to the company. After the third email I finally received an answer. The manufacturer was contacting the Amazon Warehouse? I waited. Called ****** again. They told me to contact manufacturer again. Really? Total waste of time and money. I am stuck with a non-working vacuum that is only 5 months old.

    Terrible company that does not stand behind their product or warranty. It is a car battery charger that I have had 8 months and only used once. I have tried to contact them and they will not honor their 12 month warranty. This is not a product that is used daily just in an emergency situation. It failed me when I needed it and the company will not help with anything. I even tried to write a review on their website and got a response that they could not find my order in their system. After proofing it to them and sending my invoice when it was purchased, paid, and shipped they ignored me and would not post the 1 star review. Now I see why they only have 5 star reviews. They will not post anything lower than that. As a business owner myself, I can believe there are companies out there that will not take care of their customers, warranties, etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Horrible company!!! I have tried for 5 months to contact them to get them to honor their warranty. My vacuum wasn't even a year into the 3 year warranty!!!! NO LUCK!!!!C TOTALLY IGNORED BY THEM!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!!
