    On January 14th, 2025 I ordered a Buture vacuum VACo1 for $171.00, order number *****.I received the vacuum on 1/20/25.The vacuum made a very high pitched noise when used and seemed to have a mind of its own when in use, i.e. starting and stopping at irregular times--not when I was using the switch. I emailed the company from my *** account on 1/21/25 with my concerns. I also went to their site and used their "contact us" email--official@ **************************. I have contacted them through their site 3 more times with no response from them. I check my spam folder each time I check my email , so I'm certain that there has been no response. There is no phone number on their site so that avenue of communication is unavailable.With further use, it has become apparent that the switch is faulty. I advised them that the switch would not hold the motor on, or it won't turn off ( apparently sticking either on or off).In my last email I asked to return the product and asked for instructions on how to do that, with, of course, no response.I have tried to work within their requirement of 30 days from purchase. I also can't find any record of my emails to them through their site.Please let me know if I have any recourse.Thank you for your time,******

    Order placed early Jan, 2025.Order allegedly delivered according to tracking on 1/21/2025.Order was not delivered, I do not have items.I have now been trying to reach Buture via the e-mail contacts they provide on their website since 1/21 after I got the false delivery notification and they are not responding to me. I don't want a refund, I just want what I ordered.     I purchased a Buture JR500 cordless vacuum cleaner from ****** February 2024. In November 2024 it stopped working. I contacted Buture several times about the issues with no response to date (January 2025).

    I purchased a vacuum cleaner from this company October 2024. The vacuum did not work as advertised. I paid to return this vacuum and had it tracked. It was returned November 4th 2024. I paid through ****** $132. Once Buture received my return, they stopped replying to my emails. I was told it takes 5-7 business days to process return. I made 4 attempts to find out when return would be issued with zero responses. I am only looking to get my refund. I can provide out email correspondence in needed.

    I purchased a Buture cordless vacuum through ****** for my 92 year old mother 11 months ago but the power head failed after only 6 months.I emailed the company and after a couple emails, **** from their customer service department advised that their engineers determined that the power head failed and they would send my mother a new one. I later received an email in September advising that they were out of stock but that my mother would receive the replacement power head in October. She has yet to receive *********** the past 6 weeks, I have emailed the company numerous times, but, they have not responded to ANY of my emails inquiring as to when my mother would receive the replacement part, given that October AND November have come and gone. I have asked for a phone call OR them to provide their phone to discuss this further.I have visited their website several times and cannot find a phone number anywhere, even though their website indicates that you can call them.All I want is for them to honour their decision and replace the malfunctioned power head or replace the whole system. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of response and total disregard to me, my Mom, and to their commitment to replace the power head.I have no other option and am hoping that you can at least secure a phone number, connect with them, or provide me with some ************ 92 year old mother cannot use her 40 year old Electrolux vacuum cleaner and she is unable to take on this fight.I have attached 3 photos: 2 of the serial and model numbers that the company asked I provide and the third is a copy of the email from **** confirming the companys decision to replace the malfunctioned part.     There was an issue with the vacuum I purchased and reached out to Buture (a plastic piece broke off). At first they were responding and said they would send a used one to me. I kept following up and then they said the following below: "However, before shipment, we found that the accessory was out of stock. When communicating with the supplier, we learned that there was a problem with the material of the accessory, resulting in a delay in the supply of the accessory.Therefore, do you accept a full refund to resolve the issue?****"Note, this is all in one email chain.I replied accepting and have tried following up almost everyday and no one will now respond to anything. There isn't even a number where you can call and speak to someone.I have now read online that they have done this before to many people and it is basically scamming people.

    I have bought a vacuum cordless vacuum within six months. It stopped charging only used it about 12 times and Ive been trying to get a hold of the company with my order number and through their email company email email. I bought it through ***********. ******* policy does not comply with their one year warranty, which I am trying to reach out to them to obligate, I paid over $100 for this

    I received a Buture BR700 Portable Car Jump Starter for my birthday last year (****************). This device has a 2 year warranty on it, stated on the companies website and in the user ********* September of 2024, it stopped holding a charge, rendering it useless.I contacted the company via their supper email, the official email and their website. It took me multiple tries to even receive a response. I finally received a response 2-3 weeks after my initial outreach, They requested documentation of purchase, which I provided and then I have not heard from them since.I have attempted multiple times to contact them through all channels and have had no response, and no one has indicated that they are working on my issue. It has been over a month since my initial outreach and I have sent nearly a dozen emails with no response. It is very frustrating that this company 1) wont stand behind their product and 2) does not care about their customers or customer ********** previously mentioned, I received this as a gift so I am inclined to have the gifter open a dispute with their credit card company over this if I cannot get it settled.I am attaching a PDF of the email exchange.

    Order date: 8-1-2024 Buture replacement battery for the JR700 RED cordless vaccum Order number ************************************************ my vaccum. It looked like the one for the JR700 Blue vaccum. I sent all requested receipts and order page and they emailed me saying I would get refund, I waited and after sent several emails back and forth no refund. Then they sent email saying battery was universal. No it wasn't. Now they are ghosting me. I even sent eails saying I would accept the right battery even if they take it off another JR700 Red vaccum. No response. Their business practice is unacceptable. Thank you Note: Had to have my daughter send in required documents to Buture because I don't know how.

    I have contacted customer service and sales over a dozen times to find out how to use my warranty to replace the broken parts and no one will respond to me. I have multiple emails. The seller no longer sells on the Amazon platform, so I contacted Buture Sales and Buture customer service and no one will respond to me. I have used the website to enter my requests for assistance and no one contacts me back. There is no way to call them. There is no 800 number or any way to reach them, outside of email and their website.
