    11/28/2023 I ordered through a company called Newinyee **** I have since found out it was a scam. I'm out $45.38. I would like to know if a refund is available. I have since reported this to my credit card company and they have cancelled my card.

    The site was advertising humidifiers and candles through Bath and body works at a discounted rate. I purchased two humidifiers and I believe four candles on november 18th 2023.I haven't received any notification As to where my package is and it is now december 6th and I have not received my package.

    I placed an order with what I thought was ******* and I got a response from someone other than ******* and I tried to track my order and no such address or response. They shouldn't be allowed to scam the people by saying they are *******. I just want a refund thank you for assisting in this matter

    I ordered several candles from what I thought was Bath and Body Works. It turns out it was Newinyee.com that I just learned is a scam. I lost $37.

    On November 20th I placed an order of four items, a trash can, a set of Queen size sheets, cookware,and one other item. All I've received was an order number 1089-9957 with just the amount of $48.13. I've sent emails but I haven't heard anything back. I hope you can help me with my problem.

    This company took my money from my account on Nov. 4 and Nov 18, 2023 for purchase of puzzles. I have received nothing and now they are saying the first one has been delivered...it has NOT. I will go to my bank and let them go after this fraudulent company.

    I placed an order online on November 6,2023 with NEWINYEE.COM for some Bath and Body Work candles, little did I know, they were coming from *****. The ad said shipped in 4-6 business days. I've been waiting, though my credit card was immediately charged, with no avail. Now they are saying it was delivered to my home, or post office, neither of which received them. Nor does the US ************** have any record of the tracking number!! These were meant to be gifts, as the occasion for which they were purchased is over and done with, I would like my money back, and to warn future customers of their fraudulent activity!!!

    Made a purchase on November 6, 2023 for a product that was supposed to be delivered within 15 business days. I received a tracking number and have been tracking the product and it was told that the product was delivered to my house which it was not. I contacted their customer service and was told to see if the package was delivered to my neighbors or contact the post office and track down the package myself. I have now spent over an hour, trying to get a hold of the post office, contact neighbors to find my package. This is incredibly ridiculous and poor customer service, and not honoring their obligation. I am expecting their customer service to track down my package. Find out where it went and have it corrected and delivered to my house or refund me the money.

    On Nov. 24, 2023 Newinyee *** took $35.82 out of my account for an order I should have received within 5-7 days. I have not received any of the order. All I want is my money I'm out which is $35.82. I can not find any info on how to contact them just an email that never answer any I've sent.

    I ordered from this company and never received my items. I reached out to them and they responded saying to be patient it takes **** days. After 15 days still no delivery. I contacted them multiple times since with no response. The last email I sent them I said I was filing a complaint. Shortly after the tracking said my item was delivered. It was not. I have security cameras. It was not delivered.
