    11/15/23 - I ordered Bath and Body Works discontinued sale items. I saw the add on Facebook - should have known the deals were too good to be true.

    Paid for the times and never heard from the company again

    Ordered 2 battery operated sweepers on Nov. 12, 2023, was billed in December, never received. BOA gave credit then put it bk on. They were told it was delivered to my address and had tracking number so Bank if America put the charge back on. This company needs investigated for fraud. I ordered thru facebook post.

    Tracking says the items were delivered, but were never received. The provided email is now listed as "unknown" when I try to contact them so no attempt has been made to resolve the issue.
    Receipt #: 1418-4981 Tracking: "You can enter your tracking number: AT103641607CN here:********************** for tracking your order and viewing details, but please note that there is a delay in updating tracking information in this online system, so you can not find any tracking information these days, please kindly track it later."

    Purchased Camp chairs advertised on Facebook via QVC link on 11/5/23. Sent email on 11/28/23 to inquire on where my order was. Told to wait 2 weeks and sent a bogus tracking number and link. Followed up again twice with no response or items. I've demanded a refund and have had zero response.
    Attached copy of receipt on my email communication and proof of payment. No items have ever been received.

    The merchant says the pkg was shipped to me on 12/20/23 but i never received it. My credit card company refuses to dispute the charge any further since the merchant showed proof of shipping the pkg. ive tried contacting newinyee.com but am unsuccessful with getting a reply. Please help me.

    I ordered lawn chairs from this company in October. I saw this ad on Facebook.. My credit card was charged on October 30. I have tried to contact the company through their website, by phone, and email and there is no way to reach them. I am requesting a refund. I have never received the product.

    Never received merchandise - thought I was ordering from Walmart on 11/23/23; got email confirmation from Newinyee Inc never got anything else tried to contact help desk at bottom of email and it said company did not exist. I want charge taken off my Capitol One bill I don't know how to upload

    I placed an order on November 28th from an ad on Facebook for a whiskey and have not received it to date. I sent several reminder emails to this address:
    helpdesk On [[email protected]]. I got a response on December 1st.
    I just did a new reminder and the address is now nowhere to be found.
    On the carrier's website (******** ********************* * **** ******** number: *************) the delivery is indicated as made on December 25th.

    I purchased 2 vacuums for $49.96 on 11/1/2023 receipt #1585-9057 and never received them. I sent them several emails and answered me twice with their sincere apology and give me a tracking number ************* ************************* This number is not valid number. I checked with the postal service and UPS and FedEx. This company is a total scam! It is now 1/9/2024 and I didn't get a refund or what I ordered. Something must be done with companies like this. Money is tight for most people today.
