    I am filing a complaint against [Company Name] regarding a recent transaction that was handled unethically.On April ******* (order number: ******). I placed an order with SheCurve and canceled it within the allowable cancellation windowjust hours after the initial purchase. I contacted the company immediately to request the cancellation and was told that a confirmation email would be sent shortly. Despite this assurance, I never received a cancellation *************** my frustration, the company still processed the charge to my credit card and has not provided a refund. I made every effort to cancel the order in good faith and within the proper timeframe. I have also attempted to contact the company again, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.I am requesting assistance from the BBB to hold this company accountable and help reclaim my funds. I am also requesting that this complaint be officially recorded, as I believe this is a dishonest business practice that may affect other customers as well.Thank you for your time and support.

    I received one item from order#****** which was the bra. I tried to initiate a return and keep getting the run-around. I have never received the pink bathing suit. Instead I received something that I didn't order...the black lingerie. I simply want to return the items and get my money back. I have tried online chat, ********************************** and calling the number listed that says is busy all the time. I do get a reply from support but it is one question after another and is not helpful. How can I proceed?Thanks for your help,****

    I want to add to this complaint because I feel I left out some information. I have the email thread from where I tried to solve the issue with the company and as I stated just keep getting the run-around from them. Since I didn't receive the swimsuit I want a full refund ($42.99 +tax) which is reasonable and I agreed to a lower refund on the bra of $26.39. They can simply refund my credit card for the swimsuit and I will be happy. I offered this to them but now they are not even responding to my email. Thank you.

    On February 8, 2025 I ordered 3 items from Shecurves ( Order # ******), paid $87.48. I received my package on February 28, 2025; upon receipt 2 items did not fit, so I sent Shecurves an email on March 4, 2025 requesting their exchange policy. Within minutes I received a response stating my email was received and ***** would follow up with me within 72 hours; needless to say I havent heard from ***** or anyone at Shecurves. On March 13, 2025, I followed up via email, again a generic response from ***** stating I would receive a response in 72 hoursno response received. I made a 3rd attempt to contact on March 21st, I received yet another email stating ***** would follow up within 72 hours..,you guessed it, no response was received to this date!!!

    I received clothing from this particular brand Shecurve and have been trying to send this back for a full refund the quality is not to my liking and very poor.

    I placed an order on January 28th, 2025, and the items never arrived. I have been emailing this company since February they have been giving me the run around; we have exchanged numerous emails. Also, this was my first time ordering from this shady company and I truly regret it. I just want my money back so I could move on.     Ordered a Bra from this business. The bra was very, very small, not even close to the size they are false adversiting their items. I emailed for a return on the item. I received an email stating they would get back to me in 72 hours. After 72 hours and some days added, no one ever emailed me. I again emailed the company and received an email stating someone would get back to me in 72 hours, but no one ever did. I went on the website to chat with a live agent, and a statement came up saying this had been disabled. I called the phone numbers on the contact us and the phone numbers are not working. Cannot get a reply back.

    Made a purchase on March 2, 2025. Have not heard from them since. I can't check anything on their website as to why I still have not received my purchase. I have emailed them asking for a refund and have not gotten any response. I just want my money back!

    ORdered a swinsuit 2/14 #****** Paid ***** Item was not true to size and trying to return it. Emailed company 3 times with automated messaging system and no number to call and live chat is disabled.I would like to return and get my refund

    I placed an order on February 19, 2025 with Shecurve to order a post surgery garment (order# ******) on March 1st I started emailing them requesting tracking information. I got a general email: thank you for contacting Shecurve, a representative will contact you with 72 hours. I never got any response. I emailed everyday only to get the same message. I want my order or refund my money back. Oh the phone number listed on the site does not work.
