    This business does not have the product they are advertising on their website. I placed an order 12/1 with an estimated delivery date 12/5. From 12/5-12/9 I contacted them repeatedly to get a status update and the only clear answer I got was on 12/10 stating that they believe their warehouse would be able to ship items within 5 days. I told them on 12/10 that was unacceptable and requested a refund, and they have now stopped communicating. Given that they were not able to ship something within 2 weeks of receiving my order for a product they dont manufacture, it is abundantly obvious they dont have the product in hand. Their social media accounts are flooded with other similar stories of customers placing an order, never receiving items, and getting no response from customer service.

    On October 9/24 I purchased a set of tops from this company based on their sizing chart. I received the package almost a month later and found they didnt fit at all like they should have. I contacted the company right away via email (the only way to contact them) and began exchanging messages back and forth for the past month. I asked to return them and they said that it would cost too much money to return them so they would offer me a reduced refund. We came to an agreement on the amount and they said it would be processed within the week. I have never received any refund from them and I have multiple emails of them apologizing for the delay and assuring me that the refund is being processed. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I was well within the return guidelines and they wouldnt even give me a return address so I could judge for myself if it was too expensive to return. We had agreeed on $55 usd as my refund. I have saved all my emails.

    I ordered 2 pairs of fleece lined leggings from this company on November 25. As of today, December 11, when I put in my order number to check shipping, their site says my order number doesnt exist (even though I have email confirmation of my order). I have found a lot of complaints online for this company never sending goods that have already been paid for. I would just like the $46.97 back that I spent on this.

    I ordered three strapless bras on March 28, 2024 and I never received the shipment. I contacted She Curve several times and was told the shipment is on the way. Then the messages changed to I would receive a refund. I never received the order or a refund. She Curve has made zero attempt to provide the refund. I have several emails from She Curve confirming a refund would be provided.

    Date: 11/10/2024 Order#: ****** Issue: It took three weeks for the items to arrive. I checked my mailbox and found the item in the mail today, but there was no updated email stating that the item had arrived. I opened the package and found that I was initially sent the wrong size for the three items I ordered. I was sent an L and not a 3XL. I checked the other two items I ordered that were the correct size, but they were the wrong item and not the item I ordered. They are high-waisted ******* and not the high-waisted thong shapewear. I want a complete refund, and I would like a free shipping label so I can send the whole order back, as it is entirely wrong due to the company's carelessness. They gave me the run around with my order when it was to be received, and now this. I want a complete refund!

    I placed an order (******) with the company She Cure on July 7, 2024 for $196.24 After receiving my items, I contacted the company on 8/24/24 to initiate a return and apply for a refund as their policy states that you are able to return the item and receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. My order was shipped on July, 22 and delivered around July 29th. The company told me that they would issue me a partial refund of $120 due to the cost of shipping to return the items and for me to keep the items I purchased. I have yet to receive the refund. Ive reached out to the company several times since September and keep receiving the same responses: Sorry for the delay in processing your refund, Your refund will processed. Sometimes I do t receive a response at all.

    I placed an order on September 22 for $225.59, which included 11 items, but I only received 9 items. Upon receiving the order, I immediately contacted the company via email to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the items, which did not match what was advertised on social media. I requested a return and refund in accordance with the return policy outlined on their website, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. After multiple follow-up emails, they offered a partial refund of $160. However, as of today, I still have not received any refund, and the two missing items were never refunded or sent. Additionally, the items I did receive remain unworn, and I am still seeking a resolution for this incomplete and unsatisfactory order.

    Placed order on 9/14/24 which included a 2 pc. bodysuit set. After waiting over a month, I received the order on 10/25/24 missing the Camellia patterned bodysuit from the set. I have emailed the company 3 separate times in as many weeks seeking a refund for the missing piece and keep getting told it has been initiated but I havent received the refund. The price of the set was ***** and I received half of it. Now, over two months after the order and over 3 weeks since the initial request, I still dont have the refund for the missing suit which should be $19.995 or $20.
