This company has been so frustrating to deal with due to insane wait times on the phone and vague answers, but Bee came to the rescue as he listened to my concerns and swiftly helped me resolve them. He was so professional, courteous, patient, and down-to-earth over the phone. I wish I could give more stars to Bee as he is the highlight of this company and seems to have saved countless other people from massive headaches getting through the onboarding process. I had to use American Databank as a part of my onboarding process for dental residency. The process has been very challenging but the singular redeeming quality about American Databank is their Applicant Success Team--specifically Bee *****. If I could give a personal rating for Bee that went beyond five stars, I absolutely would. I had an issue with the payment system for several weeks. When Mr. ***** evaluated my case, he knew exactly how to resolve it. He was courteous, articulate, knowledgeable, andmost importantlygenuinely invested in helping. He listened. He explained things clearly. He followed through. It was immediately clear that he takes pride in his work and cares deeply about the people he's helping. He doesnt just do his job wellhe elevates the reputation of American Databank. It's hard to overstate how rare this level of service is. He is the gold standard, the north star, and frankly, the saving ***** of this company.

I have used Complio (American Databank) with all three Universities I have attended. While the account can be a little daunting to navigate, there are many resources such as videos and step-by-step guides to help the user accomplish tasks within the system. It is easy to see compliance and missing items. I recently had an issue in which I could see completion and compliance for a fingerprint/background check order but my university could not. The customer service **** Bee, was incredibly kind, calm, and competent in resolving the issue. He communicated the process clearly and included the timeframe in which the service ticket would be completed. The issue was resolved promptly and professionally. It is reassuring to know that even if I get overwhelmed or have issues, their customer service team is happy to help.American Databank, LLC

I am leaving a 4 star review because it is hard to get ahold of someone, however the representative I spoke with on 4/2/2025 was nothing short of great. I had the pleasure of talking to a knowledgeable, helpful and patient man. He answered all my questions, he helped me link my accounts and gave me advise on other required documentations. ******* processor. When doing background checks, they don't even use their site to tell you where to go; they use *************************, which then wants you to use their service. Since there is no how to do it all correctly we have wasted money using the wrong processor. Then, to find out that basically, the only way to get fingerprinted is to use an old school finger print roller place like a police station and then send it in with snail mail for them to process. We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience in getting your prints rolled.
While you are correct to say we do not restrict you to a specific location to get prints rolled, it is inaccurate to say that you can only get ink rolled. Any agency that does live scan, such as ******, should offer to print your scanned fingerprints. The physical transfer for the fingerprints allows schools to let their students to have their fingerprints taken anywhere in the country rather than tying them to a specific processor or location making the process fairly popular for schools to select, although there are more restrictive processes we do offer that allow for digital transfer.
Could you share feedback for the instruction packet that caused confusion regarding mailing the prints? We try to make it as obvious as possible what the steps are and how to follow them, but if there is a part of the instructions that caused confusion we are always happy to take feedback and improve processes.
