    Bought a gym set on 12/8/2024 for $637.49 Wanted to exchange it for a better one business said no. I replied with okay I will return this one and buy other one. Business made it extremely difficult to return unopened boxes and was not letting return items. Several emails were back and forth but agreed on a $300 refund to my account. On 01/03/2025 i received a email at 4:05am requesting for more information and also noticed my $300 refund that was already agreed upon and posted "pending" in my bank account for 2 days was no longer in my bank account. In short. Business is not letting me return purchase even though they advertise hassle free returns And also retracted on the agreed $300 refund. I have all the emails asking them to return my purchases and them denying my return and offering me up to $300. I settled for $300 refund but then it was reversed right before it went into my bank account.

    Eventhough it was unresolved in the manner of returning the gym set in its entirety.  
    I had no choice but the only option the gave me at the end was a $300 return to my bank account.  I ended agreeing to the $300 return and keep the gym. 
    Issue resolved  but not the way I would have liked it to be.

    I am trying to return one of the products they sell. They have a 35 day no reason refund policy. The product is not damaged and has not been taken out of the box. I am moving and will not be able to use the product. They are now saying the product is damaged from delivery. They are going against the companys return policy and wont accept it and they have not even seen the product yet so so they cant say its damaged at all.

    1. I tried to return right when the items were still in transit. They could intercept the items but in stead they tried to persuade me to accept the packages and file return afterwards.2. Then after receiving all the packages, they disregarded my multiple return requests by explaining to me their new 21-challenge events 3. After I confirmed my return request 4 times, they said they are going to charge $50 return fee for one package. And they intentionally split the items into 7 packages, so the return fee for me would be $350???????4. This company is a hoax. Their chat bot would give you a wrong email when you first asked for return email contact. Then after you realized and replied to it wronge-mail, you would see another auto message:oops thats right, heres the correct email. They just intentionally did it.
