    They say that their equipment requires minimal assembly. I spent 13 hours assembling mine. It came dented and damaged. It is only 6 months old and the coating came off of the cable. I spent a LOT (almost $600) of money on this so I didnt want to use it damaged like that. Im afraid it will ruin the pulleys. I contacted the company via ****** where I purchased it and was told that if I send the pics of where it was damaged and sent them the part in the instructions they would evaluate it and see if they could replace it. I mentioned that I would sue. They replied that they would send a new cable and that ai should have it within a week. That was 6 days ago. When I look up the tracking number it says that ***** is waiting for the package and has no delivery estimate because as far as they know nothing happened except a shipping label was printed. ***** this company at all costs. I have also filed a complaint with ****** as these people are clearly selling Chinese junk and not offering true service. They will be hearing from my attorney and ***** and my hope is to shut this fraud scam down for good.

    I would give zero stars if possible. The product is ok but I had a piece just fall apart the first time we used it. Spoke to someone a few times about the replacement but nothing was ever shipped out. No help with any install questions which there are many as the instructions and videos lack details. Missing parts as well and was told to just go to the hardware store and purchase rather than shipping them out. Wanted to return a part and no cooperation towards that and no follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and this seems to be the only place on the internet where you can provide this negative feedback which also is poor service.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered my equipment from them and one of the bars was welded completely wrong. I have tried numerous time to reach out to them to be fixed and they wrote back in a one word email that it was put on wrong. Really. I have even tried emailing to get a refund and have not received an email back with instructions on what needs to be done. This is a horrible company with awful customer service.

    When dealing with this company I had nothing but bad experience. I ordered a gym machine for my home gym due to there being nothing but good reviews. When all the parts came in I inventoried them and noticed I had a piece missing. I contacted the business and they stated that it should only take approximately 7 to 10 days to get the part shipped to me. I let those days pass and still no piece. When attempting to contact again to ask about an update I had to call multiple times and wait on the phone for 45 minutes before someone answered the phone. While waiting on the phone I left a negative review about my experience so that others could proceed with caution. That review has since been deleted as well as any other negative reviews on their website. I find that to be extremely unprofessional and also very deceiving. I feel as though that is false advertising in a way due to people looking at your product and seeing nothing but good reviews due to the company deleting any negative reviews. The company also states on the website that within a certain area is a 1 day shipping and I live within that area. I waited about a week before anything came to my door, yet another account of false advertising. All in all I feel as though this experience with this company was very unprofessional and full of aggravation.
