    On our about the week of 5/5/25, Pioneer Home Solutions left a flyer on my door after knocking, despite my clearly displayed "NO SOLICITATIONS" sign.This was the only avenue I could find to file my complaint. I would like this business to be held accountable for instructing their employees to ignore Colorado Revised Statute (C.R.S.) 18-4-504, which makes it unlawful for someone to remain on private property after being asked to leave. A properly displayed No Soliciting sign serves as notice that solicitors are not welcome, and ignoring it can be considered trespassing.

    We are deeply sorry for infringing on your rights to No Solicitation on your property. We also recognize your desired outcome, stated here, for no additional response from our organization. However, we must respond in order to maintain compliance with the BBB. We take complaints very seriously, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please note, we are working with several new team members. As with anything new, there is a learning curve. This will serve as a very real reminder that we must take such requests very seriously and adhere to them at all times. We've let the new team member know and have already conducted necessary measures to bring additional awareness to this issue to other members of the team as well. Please accept our apology.

    I signed a contract with Pioneer Home Solutions on July 31, 2023, for home repairs. A representative assured me I didnt have to use them for all aspects of the job. Later, the company tried to enforce a clause requiring exclusive use and threatened to charge a 20% cancellation fee. That rep ******* later admitted on a recorded call that he misrepresented the contract.They also told me using my own solar provider would void my roof warranty, but omitted that their involvement would have voided my existing ****** warranty. I canceled in writing on February 27, 2025, but they refused to acknowledge it and kept my $618.79 deductible.I am requesting a refund and removal of all fees based on these misrepresentations.     We understand this individual's request for a refund as stated in their formal complaint to the BBB. This matter, however, is already being addressed through the legal system, with the individual filing the complaint serving as the defendant in our suit. While we understand their frustration, they have left out a great deal of pertinent information in their complaint. Namely, we invested a great deal of time, effort, and expertise into serving their contract for well over a year. Furthermore, without the work we performed they would not have been able to carry out any repairs to their property unless they chose to do so out of pocket. Only once the claim was complete and a substantial sum of money was agreed upon by the insurance carrier did they request to cancel the contract. This is completely within their rights, but we are entitled to be compensated for work performed to date, as stated in the signed contract. The value of this work is greater than the disputed amount stated in this complaint. Given this, we've elected to handle the matter through the legal system and deny them their request for a refund at this time.

    I am rejecting this response because: The contract was induced under false pretense. Their employee repeatedly lied about customers obligation
    To get him to sign. He admitted this to the owner and yet they still moved forward with legal.action.
