      I wish I could give this company a negative zero stars. This is one of the most unprofessional group of people Ive ever did business with. They increased my bill by $5 despite signing a 5 year price lock agreement with them. I spoke with a guy named ***** about discontinuing my services with them. At the end of the call he stated that an email would be sent with the shipping information for me to print. I stated I dont have a printer he then reply rudely Well youre going to have to find one. If you can avoid giving this company your hard earned dollars please do.

      I was paying for the 5 year price guarantee, then they raised the price by five dollars. They said it was a change in how they do bill pay, bank account versus credit card. I can't understand how this sort deceptive billing practice could possibly be legal. I am so tired of ISPs.

      This business is aggressive and downright misleading. I’ve had three cold call door salesman visit in the last year. I live in central Sioux Falls. They argue about price offerings and quality vs. Midco. Midco did give a 2 year discount when they came in town, but I have been pleased with Midco so don’t want to switch.
      The last salesman argued Midco has coaxial cable and not fiber optic. They have both as we currently have fiber optic on our plan. Statements like this are misleading bordering on lying. I told him I wasn’t going to argue and that I was aware of their services and price structure. I honestly don’t owe any door to door salesman an explanation but this bullying type of demeanor is giving this company a bad reputation in town. Smacks of desperation in my view.
      There isn’t enough room here to complain about the lawn damage and complete disrespect installers had when putting in fiber last year, both at my property and a relative’s in town. Fair to say we aren’t the only ones from other reviews.
      Sad this second internet provider is acting this way, as monopoly by Midco did need competition. However, this company has dug their own hole faster than any competitors.
      Can zero stars be an option?

      We have a landline and internet and both are awful. The landline is scratchy and very hard to talk on. The internet is very spotty and does not work often. Unplugging and replugging router doesn't fix the problem. I have called service several times and they send people out and there is nothing they can do. Vast bought out our previous provider and we are on the end of the line. They need to put in new fiber lines as ours are still old lines coming in. We were told they would be doing that over a year ago and nothing yet. We are just one customer in the big company so they don't care about us. We will be switching internet providers but can't switch landline as we use it for other things. There is a reason that this company has so many negative reviews. Most companies have a few negative reviews as it is hard to please everyone when you are such a big company but they have many negative reviews. They make promises and don't keep them and don't seem to be concerned about their negative rating overall. I would definitely use another company if possible.

      Awful experience. Internet dropped constantly from day 1. They sent 3 techs out over a span of 3 weeks. Since they didn’t find anything wrong they decided it must be my fault that the new service is bad. So any further tech visit’s would cost me. I canceled the service immediately. Then I got the run around to 3 different agents trying to get a refund on the service that never worked. They had to “submit tickets to escalate “ it. Gimme a break. Total scam. I’ll never see that money. Get your internet literally anywhere else but Bluepeak. Absolutely awful!

      I would never deal with this company again. After dealing for a couple of years with several outages that lasted over a week, and multiple daily short outages, I was finally able to connect with a fiber optics service from a different company. Blue peak was billing me for equipment that THEY had picked up and then turned me over to a collection agency. I had many phone calls with many different customer service reps who all said the equipment was returned and the charge should drop off the bill, I have yet to receive a statement that I owed zero. When I asked for a document that would show that I owed nothing, I was told that it was against policy to email or text me. They would mail me a hard copy. Two weeks later and I have received nothing. I had 1 more day to dispute this with the collections agency (according to their letter) before action would be taken. I called them today. They show a balance of zero and agreed to send me a copy of that document. I am not holding my breath. 4 months of this crap....

      Is there less than one star? Beginning with my initial call on October 2, 2023, I asked that Bluepeak return to my backyard to complete their construction. You see, they left a significant hole next to their box and it is tipped at an angle. The hole is large enough that it fills with water and floods the area during rains.

      I was told it would be expedited and I would hear in 24-48 hours (let’s call that The Promise). Since I had not heard anything by October 5, I called again and was asked to send photos, which I did. I also received The Promise. Then, two weeks later, I called a third time. Again, I received The Promise.

      Last week, November 22, I called a fourth time and was assured I was on a “special” The Promise list and to call back if Bluepeak did not meet that timeline.

      Today, November 30, I made my fifth and final call. Again, I received The Promise.

      I notice on these reviews that Bluepeak averages a 1.8 rating. That’s too high.

      Avoid Bluepeak and their promises. Needless to say, I am not a Bluepeak customer and will not be in the future.

      This company sucks . Always lags. And if you cancel because you move, they don't send you last month's bill and then you'll get to send to collections for being a "month late". Then when you do pay it, collections will keep bothering you.

      Blue Peak, rep. Told me they would spread the installation fee across multiple months, but they LIED, and their online/call center folks refuse to solve this
