I am a client with Wagstaff Law. I am on a contingency of 40% and cost. On 10/03/2024 I called to get an accounting of all incurred cost as of this date. I was told that they do not do this. I was also told that I had signed a 40% contingency agreement, which i already knew. I again asked for the cost incurred to date and was told they would not give this to me. I understand that I am on a contingency BUT I have a right to know what my other cost are at this point.

Andrus Wagstaff PC represented me in the round up lawsuit, they made payments over three years. However the last payment they said they were going to withhold incase there were any liens, which I knew there were none. Then they sent me a notice that they were going to pay two different insurance companies and the remainder was going to a **************** which I was not even ******** eligible. When confronted with the facts that these insurance companies never filed and liens and that I was not ******** eligible all communication from them Stopped. I never received the final payment, nor have I recieved any proof of payments being made to any insurance companies. I would like to receive my final payment from them and copies of anything they sent to insurance companies. Excluding the bogus Global ******** again as I was not ******** eligible.

I answered a social media ad regarding use of the product ROUNDUP and possible cause of Lymphoma. I used the product in the late 90s and have to date had three lymphomas. They were very excited to contact me and did a very long intake process about all my diagnoses and doctors, which required several calls. They did not keep appointments for their own calls. They asked for my social security number. I refused. They kept telling me that it seemed very likely I had a case, but they needed me to sign an agreement with them right away as well as a medical release form. As soon as I finished the intake, they tried to put someone on the phone with me to "walk me through" their agreement so I could sign it as soon as possible because time was of the essence. I refused. When I read the fine print of their agreement, which said they would collect 40% of what I was due or 45% if it ended up in court, it also mentioned they would be reimbursed for all expenses. This was a red flag for me because I know how expneses can be trumped up or duplicated among multiple clients. I asked them what the actual deadline for filing might bem and if they would guarantee me a maximum on these expenses, or if they had an example of a client who had been a similar case to mine to show me the paperwork of what the client had made versus what they had cleared. I got passed around from person to person. One woman called me on a Saturday telling me she was in the office on a weekend because the deadline was coming up SO SOON. When I waited to hear back from my original contact, I suddenly didnt hear from them for days. I sent them an email every day since they had seemed so worried about missing the deadline. They finally told me a lawyer had reviewed MY EMAILS (not my CASE FILE) and decided not to represent me. I asked them for the file of all the information I had given them, since I had spent so long looking everything up. They went radio silent. Does not smell like a reputable law firm
