      They have been "representing" me since 2021 and change staff faster than you change your underwear. Very unprofessional without shame! I hope ALL who don't treat other's how they want Reap WHAT They Sow! I'm fixin to go up there and represent myself Wagstaff!

      My Husband recently died of non-******** lymphoma leukemia and melanoma. I dont know how much more proof they need. They sent me a $40,000 check and a couple days later sent me something in the mail saying they took it back for a medical lien before my husband died, he asked them what to do to make sure I got that money. He worked So hard while he was jumping through hoops getting paperwork for them I also did the same just for them to tell me that all that money went through medical they lied about everything I feel bamboozled they took advantage of me and my weakest time

      Ive tried for two years to get ****** Wagstaff to remedy my settlement issues with them to no avail. I received a settlement from the Roundup class action lawsuit, I have NonHodgkin Lymphoma. The last settlement check stated that they (Wagstaff) was holding an amount of my award money in case theres any medical liens. I had no medical liens against me, period. They said ********** did, I was never with **********. So that was a lie, and afterwards they never responded to my calls or contacted me regarding the rest of my settlement that they held from me. Then I see they have an F rating with the BBB. And I realized Ive been taken for the rest of my well deserved money for my ongoing medical needs. They continue to switch answering service companies to avoid accountability. They should not be allowed to practice law if theyre scamming these poor people out of whats rightfully theirs.*************************************, **

      Wagstaff law firm gave me my storm relief project to the same suspects that abducted and murdered my family and kids. They were watching me and tapping my calls. They lied to me when I called in about my settlement. They also used my stolen ID.
