      I bought a waterbed from here. They people installed 2 boards upside down and left have the screws out. They half ***** came and fixed and said they would come back to fix it. After agruing with them for 3 years said too much time had passed? Really? Oh OK. What should of been a great birthday present from my father has been a nightmare.Also installed so close to the one wall cant even access the bed. None of the drawers pull out far enough to be able to access them which I paid extra for to have drawers. Totally rip off. After years of fighting with the Furniture Row in Delta Township ** and the *********** *********** to big loss. I have to pay someone to finish the job. Oh and I did forget to mention I paid for set up too.At the VERY minimum should of refunded the set up fee. VERY disappointed in this company. From the looks of things I am not the only one that got shafted on set up.

      Wife and I ordered a bed frame from Furniture Row, along with a mattress and box spring. We live approximately an hour and a half from the store one way. We ordered the items and drove all the way to the store to pick it up. Only problem was the foot board was badly damaged from transport. No biggie. Ordered another one from them and came back a second time. Same result. Ordered another one, and well you can see the common theme. So, we thought maybe it was the specific bed style. Ordered another brand that cost a little bit more in hopes of not having a damaged bed. Again, we drive the listed distance there. The same exact result. So, we ask that the damaged items be directly shipped to our home, so we do not have to drive the same distance a fifth time. I miss work in order to be there when the items arrived. Items were damaged. Throw all of that in on top of not getting an explanation for the furniture being damaged from management. Crickets. So, we decide to have the items removed and reimbursed for the items. Was met with distasteful service and remarks. I come from a place that a handshake meant something, and that good quality is in fact GOOD Quality! Especially, the prices you pay for those items. My word will mean nothing to most, but just understand that I will never recommend or shop from this store again.

      I will always do business with a company who stands behind their products and their people! Great customer service, prices, and atmosphere! You will not regret doing business with Denver Mattress!

      The two delivery guys showed up with an attitude, cut the plastic cover off the bunky bed there was a lot of apparent damage to it, several holes on top in which the large guy wrote on the invoice one hole, liar. I didnt want to sign for it, he said then I have to take it back, I took the invoice to sign but also make my notes and pushed my door closed in which he pushed it back open! I made notes on how many holes there were and how rude they were and signed it and gave it to him. They SLAMMED my fence gate closed on the way out? Horrific service, lousy employees, I will never purchase from this store again. Its really outrageous how they treated me. I took a photo of the damage and of the invoice after I made my entry in case they tried to change anything. I also voice recorded the entire visit as I had a feeling from the last delivery it would go poorly. **** who sold me the day bed was pleasant in the store but when it came to responding to after the fact nothing! The gal on the bedding side where I purchased the mattress and pillows was pretty awesome, maybe ************** the class on customer serviceThe one manager I spoke to, was sub par, didnt do what he said he would.

      There warranty ***** how are u not going to have a stain on your bed when it was bought in 2012 new . Grandkids and everyone else sleep on it so stains are going to be there but that voids warranty and I got springs sticking thru mattress I called about warranty have sales rec from when bought to get told got stains voids warranty. Guess they expect no one to sleep on it

      It was my first time buying from them and believe me it will be the last. I was shopping for a bed and was able to find a nice one the problem was when it got delivered it was used it had stains and the sewing was coming apart. I spoke with them and was told that I had paid for a used bed now nothing against used beds, but I did not spend over ***** dollars for a used bed, plus the fact that both my wife and I were shopping together so they basically lie to both of us. They kept saying we were told that we would be getting a new bed. I was not happy and confronted the Manager which was as much help as the guy that sold me the bed. At the end of the day, I was able to get all the money back but not worth the time I spend going through the hassle and will never go back.

      Went in to buy a couple mattresses for our new home that we were in process of remodeling. Purchased 2 really firm mattresses and at first they gave us the wrong one so we returned it. They told me that they didn't have the one I bought because they had sold it to someone else. They told me they would give me an upgrade. Picked up the upgrade and a couple months later when we moved into our home and finally used it noticed that the mattress they gave me sinks in really deep. I called to complain because originally I went in to buy the firmest mattress they had. They said they couldn't do anything because months had passed. I explained to them that we were in a remodel process and had just moved in and just tried the mattress. They shouldn't have LIED telling me they gave me a better mattress. Now I'm sleeping on my couch most days because its much firmer than the cheap mattress the gave me.

      I bought a new King **** Mattress at Denver Mattress in *********, *****. The mattress was sold to me by Store Manager ******. We had three issues. The sent one of the wrong mattresses, the electric base was damages and the head board bracket was missing instructions. ****** agreed to reorder the damages parts and gave me instructions for the head board brackets. He even offered me a partial refund due to the three issues. My bed is a king and we ordered double mattress and one was a pillow top and the other was a firm. They let us keep the damaged items until the new arrived. They did arrive and I offered to go pick them up at the warehouse because I needed them and took other bed apart. I arrived and we loaded one item in my truck. The assistant manage ****** said since I didn't bring the damaged items back I could not take them. I said one item is already loaded in my *********** would' not remove it. He said he would call the authorities and report a theft. Do not buy from ******. Store Manager apologized by phone on his day off. He offered to come and deliver the items and set it all up and did so. The assistant manager should not be working in retail and making threats toward customers. ****** did make everything right and please don't hesitate to buy from him and not assistant manager ****** if you don't want to be treat like c*** ****** made everything right and it was well appreciated. Problem solved. The rating is because of ******.

      Spent $60 on two doctors choice King firm pillows. We both use it for one night and we both hate them. They went flat and gave us both a pain in the neck. Do not buy Doctor's ****** pillows extreme waste of money very unhappy with purchase
