      Bed base broke on second night It was frozen in foot up position. They think I got one with a bad motor. No replacement in stock so 4 day wait for shipping! I'm a senior citizen and bought this to be my at home hospital bed.I've had no sleep and have the worst backache of my life from sleeping sideways on the *********** of mattress. Also worrying is that the extra firm mattress felt a bit saggy after that first night. No way to reevaluate because the bed is unusable for several more days. A Denver mattress person is coming over after his shift tonight to try get it flat since the new one won't show up for 4 days. I wish someone would have warned me away from this company with defective beds They have pleasant helpful employees but based on my experience, this is not good if you want a safe bed for sleep.
