      This company approved my transportation, only to cancel it 19 hours before the appointment. As most people know in order to cancel an appointment without receiving a cancellation fee, you must report within 24 hours. I received the cancellation notice around 3:30 PM and my appointment is at 11 AM about an hour away. I have researched and have found that other people have had the same outcome.

      I hate this company to my guts they are the far more worst companies ever some of them are nice and some of them are planning rude half of the time they say they setup my ride then half of the time the keep cancelling my ride then half of the time they will keep hanging up on you non stop also they definitely need to fix there system as it doesn't work correctly and yet they still refuse to fix it I got so sick of tired of them that I have started a petition form for a full *** investigation. They really need to work on there attitude.

      The worst customer service to ever exist. Answering a call is not customer service. Filing complaints does not resolve existing problems. I have filed numerous complaints on the website and have had at least three different people reach out and say that the matter has been addressed and resolved then not even 24 hours later the exact same problem occurs again. I've had to reach out to their customer service hotline about the same issue over and over again regarding transportation issues that I've filed does not work because a) they don't service the area or B) their reported business hours does not meet the need of our appointment. Every single time the representative I speak with just says, "It's not our fault. We just handle reservation. We don't match it to the company." Then what even is the point of this?!??? When I do ask if there's a way to reach out to the department that handles matching the transport they say it doesn't exist. That there's absolutely no way to get in touch with them. So I'm stuck calling them over and over again, at least two times a week, about the SAME problem. I sound like a broken record but it's the SAME problem that keeps occurring. I don't understand how there's no possible resolution for it. It all seems lazy and they are very non-communicative. If it's possible to leave negative rating, this is what this company would have. Also, their "supervisors" have zero class. They ask you "what would you like us to do, Ma'am?" then when I say what I need proceed to just sarcastically say it's not their problem. 100% a joke. Such a terrible company and I'm really ****** I'm stuck with this company because of insurance.

      These people are the bottom of the barrel the only reason we use them is because we have no choice,they never show up they are never on the same page with us, our insurance company ,or themselves for that matter we are on the phone for hours with them setting up rides that never show up and if we try to complain they routed us to dead end extensions and hung up on us multiple times if you don't have to use them save yourself a headache and leave them alone.We never leave reviews but this company is ridiculous .

      I used Modivcare for transportation after my oral surgery, however, on my ride home, my house keys and key fob were left in the back of the vehicle. I tried to retrieve them within two minutes after the driver left with no prevail. I called two times and was assured that someone would get back to me the next day I had to get my ************************ involved. I was able to supply them with the name of the driver make and color of the vehicle and the license plate number. I still have not received an email or phone call in regards to my house key and key fob to my car. It also has a key to my steering wheel lock on that keychain. Now I know the person they sent to me was an Uber driver and I have reached out to ****, but they will not help me as I am not the one the ride was under it was under. Modivcare. So this person has a key to my house and the keys with the alarm on the key fob to my car. And I do not feel safe. After speaking to someone for the third time on Saturday, they said they were sending it to a certain team that would be able to reach out to ****. My question is why wasnt this done? Two minutes after the driver dropped me off.?On Monday if I do not have my house keys and key fob to my car, I will file a police report with LVMPD

      They are retaliating against a client. Because the caregiver made complaints on excessive speeding average mile per hour. 50 on the roads, he was doing 84 and a 35 mile an hour. He was doing 54 to 60 now. They're retaliating against my client. And not picking him up even though we have a contract
